It was the worst thing ever. I know, most people say "Katya was robbed" and all, but, because of what Alaska showed in that episode, because of what she said (and apparently have already done), that should've given her a one-way ticket to disqualification, like Willam left in season 4, because of breaking the rules. Alaska did the same, yet nothing happened. I mean, Katya did great and all, but Detox also won 3 challenges, one lip-sync, and had better overall runways than Katya, so, if we're gonna think like most people, looking at track records and believing "this ho deserved better", "this ho deserved worse", regardless of the rules NEVER saying who each top queen has to choose from the bottom ones to be eliminated in the AS seasons, and also based on Alaska's behavior, to me, and I'm saying this while I love Katya SO FUCKING MUCH, it's Detox the one who should've won instead... Thank you, I rest my case 🙂

Even if Alaska deserved her win (tho, she was favored in some aspects like in Episode 3 or in the Cherry Bomb lip sync...), I would have loved to see Katya as the winner of All Stars 2. From a storyline perspective, the producers knew that Katya's story in S7 really connected with the fans so, showing Katya not only as a good competitor but as someone that could win the crown was good, can you imagine if she would have won? I think it would have been a good moment not only for the fans but for Katya.

I am kinda shocked that Katya agreed to come back for a second turn on "All Stars". She previously gave numerous interviews saying how her initial appearance in Season 7 was awful and anxiety-inducing and how she wanted to leave from Day One. Is she a glutton for punishment?!

Well considering All Stars filmed directly after season 7, Katya must have been on a year long contract. It's not uncommon for queens to appear right after their season ends. Aja went straight from season 9 to AS3, and both Monet and Monique went straight from 10 to AS4.
