This pickled green papaya relish goes with most, if not all of Pinoy dishes. Its sweet, sour, and tangy taste best complements almost any of our classic fare -- from asado, to mechado, to menudo, and more. For us Kapampangans, it is the best accompaniment to our "pititian".
