Who told you that? Every professional course in the world gives a license. Only the name changes. In India, a license is called certificates of practice & in the UK, it's called a practicing certificate.

@@jaydeepjoshi7382 Why would a professional institute handicap their members from setting up their own practice? Common sense isn't it? All big 4 are UK based firms, still they work in India. ACCA can practice in 80+ countries directly and provides hundreds of services. You must have seen half baked knowledge by some you Tuber or manipulated by an institute who doesn't teach ACCA.
