Sorry for the late reply.Missed your comment somehow. Thanks for the info.Very strange and unique how you got it fixed.Is it "install.ins" or "install.inf".Just called some of my guys in symantec and mcafee tech support. They haven't heard about it till now. I will message you after a week to check if there are more cases of same issue.This will help to understand if this is a one time happening or a recurring one. Glad you took time to share your knowledge

IE might be corrupted. Go to "advanced" tab, click on "reset" This will reset IE to factory settings.
