The way I see it is like they're stepbrothers, but BlockB were already at least second year of college and Ateez were in elementary or middle school when their parents got together. So they don't see each other often, mostly holidays and such. BlockB likes them and is proud of their kid siblings if they're brought up, but they're not home enough to form a close connection, they're just kinda there. Might try to make it if they have a big role in the school play or finals for a sport team, but not exactly trying to get to every soccer match or choir concert. Ateez meanwhile look up to the new older brothers with a bit of hero worship and want to impress them, get them to like them and wish they would come visit more.

Same, it's not Road to Kingdom anymore though, that was a preliminary show for groups that hadn't won a music show yet (Ateez already had 2 for Wave, that's why they weren't involved), and the winner (The Boys) get to be on Kingdom when it happens as part of the prize. if Kingdom is going to be like Queendom (like it's supposed to be) it's going to be the top groups competing. So it should be The Boys (Road to Kingdom winners), Ateez, and Stray Kids (3 confirmed groups), and then like Seventeen, Monsta X, NCT, GOT7, groups like that.

@@mommycATINYmeow81 I can't say for certain, but it'll likely be a mix. It's supposed to be the top of the game groups that are currently active, without being too big to make a blowout. It's supposed to follow the same format as Queendom, and they had 3 different generations. Park Bom (2006 solo, 2009 2NE1, def gen 2, not even 2.5), AOA (2014), Mamamoo (2014), Lovelyz (2014), Oh My Girl (2015), (G)I-DLE (2018, and pretty sure called 4th gen). By that age standard we could have to worry about groups like Super Junior or Shinee, or if they were more active Big Bang or Block B, or at least soloist from them (my brain just got so excited at the thought of G-Dragon but also oh god he would eat them alive). I doubt Shinee would show up (though SHINEE"S BACK), or BTS (or any of Big Hit tbh, the risk/reward vs value is too high, maybe acquired groups like seventeen but less likely BH proper, txt maaayybee), or EXO (too scattered with military). But we may need to look out for someone from Shinee (not likely Taemin) or like Kai from EXO or someone from those massive groups as a soloist, but with how Road to Kingdom worked and the level of spectacle they're looking for from these guys I'm not sure if they'll have a soloist. There will probably be some kind of representative from early 2010s to represent and bring in those older fans to up viewers, if they only go for these 3-4 year old groups they'll just have the same group of fans, they'll want to diversify some. Idk if they'll do any groups that are still rookies, even less sure if they'll use anyone out for less than a year. Monsta X would be highly likely, some combination of NCT, or maybe SM will throw SuperM at it but NCT is more likely. Seventeen, Nu'est, maybe Astro, Victon, AB6IX. Ths got way longer than I meant it to be yikes I'm just gonna stop now

Pledis may be a shitty company but they won't send their artists on another Mnet survival show. Monsta X *maybe* but I doubt GOT7 will since JYP is already sending Stray Kids. One group I can see joining is SF9. They are doing well and would fit right in. I could also see Astro joining. EXO, BTS, Shinee, etc are too big for a show like this. As for NCT, I want them to have a break. SM wouldn't send all of them anyways and singling out one unit to participate could be problematic. My bets for remaining groups are *SF9* *Astro* and possibly *Monsta X*

I think it's good actually Block B rarely talk or promote about Ateez. Long time BBC will know that Block B is famous in Korea but not famous for good things. They famous for being curse & hate more than famous being love by netizens. Ateez by their own name is sooo much better than famous by being Block B's hoobae.
