One of my faves, and criminally underrated. The video is fire, the song is amazing, and because it wasn't a main-channel release, it kinda flew under the radar. It also hasn't been done live, I think, so bring on the sadness of that! Mingi's explosion scene is so cool, and I'm really proud of him not freaking out at what must have been a huge, sudden noise, even though he knew it was coming. The behind the scenes for this was fun, and I'd recommend it.

When I tell you I screeched from excitement seeing this 😅 .....I actually use this song at the gym when I think i'm done 😂 "cmon dammit ateez said DON'T STOP!" ..HJ said that this song is about them rebuilding their reputation from nothing, feeling like they are starting over. That once they were all together they had the tools they needed to go on. Another reason why his acting was amazing, the anger was real. I didn't even recognize him a couple of times... I forgot what mv this a a prequel to I just remember ash falling.... THANK YOU!!!! ❤

Hongjoong was upset cuz he didn't have the ship. Mingi got beat up, but blew up the car to get a piece. The compass I think. WooSan gambled for the telescope. And the others stole the title to the ship. And turns out the key was in the model ship. Love love love the song

This song deserves so much more love. It's one of my top 5 favourite non-official Ateez releases (by which I mean songs tt are not on Ateez official albums). There is also a sick guitar cover done by an Atiny (thatkpopguitarist) which I go listen to after visiting the official Universe mv. Here's a qn, cos idk how songs on OSTs are supposed to be promoted by the artists. If at all allowed. Does anybody know? Is there a restriction to promote it outside of the dramas and official platforms? It feels as if Ateez recorded Mimicus' Let's Get Together last year and moved on like it didn't even happen. Saaaaddd. Same goes for Lookism's Like That. And Don't Stop with Universe, which even tho it's not an OST, they did record the song AND the mv & closed the chapter on it, nvr to refer to it ever again. Sooo very saad. Bc these are bangers and we'd love to see live performances of them 🔥 🔥

no shade to you personally but it's SO weird to me how none of the reactors can grasp a very simple story in this MV. There is no subtext even, everything is spelled out and still no one gets it... T_T

Simple? Lol 😅 you have to have listened to literally every song, every pre-release trailer, to grasp the halateez era via pirate king and Hala hala, they even tie the storyline into the kingdom performances.... That is just another thing that made the intro to the halazia era so exciting!!

@@Bludreamgirl I'm not saying that the extended storyline is simple, there is literally nothing connecting this story to halateez or even a cromer. My personal theory is that it's postcanon ateez but it doesn't really matter I mean the literal story of this MV: captain lost the ship and various other objects, is consumed with guilt and grief in self-destructive rage loosing an eye and his crew retrieves all that he lost, bringing it back to him in the sign of loyalty and belief in his ability to lead. It's not subtle??
