It’s definitely Wha. Hongjoong even talked about writing the part for Seongwha and how he didn’t have to do much bc Seongwha is so good. Seongwha also auditioned for KQ as a rapper, so it’s truly not that hard to believe. The entire time Mingi has been on hiatus, if he was featured on a track, no one in the mv lip synced over the vocals.
