If i’m not mistaken this was either their first or second appearance as HALATEEZ, the alter ego versions of themselves from another dimension. They have a parallel storyline and concept throughout their albums. THE EXTRA PEOPLE YOU SEE ARE BACK UP DANCERS, THERE IS ONLY EIGHT MEMBERS OF ATEEZ (8 MAKES 1 TEAM is their group cheer)
