i cried when seonghwa read his handwritten letter. i can feel his genuine love towards atiny. ateez is more than just a kpop group for me. they're my strength. ever since i got to know them which is a month ago, i feel more... happy. i don't know if it's possible but, their songs make me want to do better in my life. "don't be afraid. dreams are everywhere." when i first listened to those lyrics from my way, i cried. after such a long time, i felt like someone truly understood me. the struggles to keep going when i felt like giving up, the sleepless nights i spent thinking about how useless i am. for some reasons, i feel like i don't have to worry about anything because at the end of the day, dreams are everywhere. i'm still young and i can find new dreams again. i still remember a video where ateez's members react to their younger self giving advice to them. in that video, seonghwa said how he used to be so insecure. he couldn't love himself so, he was thankful because there are people (ateez and atiny) who can love him genuinely. that hit me on a whole new level. it makes me think ; maybe it's okay to be insecure. maybe it's okay if i don't know how to love myself yet. self-love is a journey and i have to enjoy every seconds of it. so... thank you, ateez. you taught this young girl to start believing in her own dreams again. you taught this insecure girl to embrace her own self again. thank you. it's so heartwarming to see seonghwa expressing his love for us in a letter. He literally opened his heart to us~He mentioned he didn't think birthdays are special but we made it meaningful to him.I also used to think it's just a birthday mostly for myself but when you have people that love you this day actually means so much.
