"Black Cat Nero" came into K-pop in 1995 by a duo called Turbo (the main singer of Turbo is Kim Jongkook and appeared here at the end) and this is just a formalized version of what they did live (in front of Turbo!) in Immortal Songs (high rec checking that out on your own - you don't necessarily have to react to it - bc Jongho straight up pulled that 6-part high note live and easily). They actually said in Immortal Songs that they purposefully made the choreography harder than the original (which is already difficult - the easiest part is actually the chorus which what they kept) because they said they wanted to do what Turbo did - give every bit of themselves into the performance to where they don't have anything left by the end of the song.

This song is originally an italian child song, as I said in another comment: it's from a child show called "Zecchino d'oro" where children go and sing in a competition.
