Ignore me commenting before finishing the video: So the end of Utopia went viral on tiktok even outside of kpop Twitter. The tiktok sound is that end clip combined with the "baybayyyyy" clip from SHINee's Ring Ding Dong. Maybe that's where you heard it? So many people have watched/heard Utopia and been like "THIS IS THAT TIKTOK SONG?!" 😂😂😂

I don't know if it was already mentioned but Utopia was recurrently played at the end of every South Korea friendly football match this year so it became popular in South Korea, that's why they made a special stage for it recently. Also if you want to react to more lives, I highly recommand you chek out the ones from their concerts too cause the soundmixing is so much better than for the music show performances. And you really don't want to miss out on Seonghwa's high notes during Utopia's Chorus, they're really are pure gold ! 😭😭

I HAVEN'T SEEN ANYONE ELSE MENTION THIS !!!! The lyrics in dreamers are very reminiscent to the words Wooyoung said to Yeosang. Short timeline: -Both were trainees at BigHit and became close friends there -Wooyoung made a promise with Yeosang that the both of them would debut and live their dreams of becoming idols -Yeosang eventually left BigHit and was scouted by other agencies, then chose KQ -Wooyoung, despite being so close to becoming an idol under BigHit, left and auditioned to KQ and was accepted When Yeosang and Wooyoung met again, Wooyoung told him the most heart-wrenching, makes Atiny emo thing: "I came to KQ for you. If I'm going to fail, I want to fail with you. But if I am to succeed, I want to succeed with you" (Paraphrased, since we don't have a direct quote 😅)

Utopia is just a beaaautiful and inspiring song (atinys actually call her a "queen"). here i wanted to write about that tik-tok mix of utopia and ring-ding-dong but you already figured it out and yes that's quite funny cause every time i show this beautiful song to a person they say 'oh i've heard this before' and it's always THAT DAMN TIKTOK SOUND 😂😂😂 because of tiktok every time i listen to Utopia and it ends, i want to start singing Baybeeee... Also "Dreamers" is such a smooth an friendly i'd say song. Some suppose that this cube symbolise Mingi who could be with them at least as a prism) And "Rocky" is an absolute hit! Actually this song is written by Hongjoong (the korean version of it was released as b-side for Deja vu), and he's really proud of this song and proud that it became a title-track for their last japaneese album!

Utopia deserves the Queen title. It's become one of my favorite songs ❤️. When I tell you my brain was working on OVERDRIVE to figure out where I had heard that from 😂 and why it was fused with another song. I'm so glad we figured it out because it was driving me mad 😂. If the cube symbolizes Mingi that is so sweet 😭. Okay Hongjoong save some talent for the rest of us 😂! It's another really good song to put on in the car and blast. He's so very talented (they all are).

S. When they shot the Dreamers MV, they went to Jeju. On one hand, I love Dreamers but on the other hand it also makes me sad because we know Mingi was there with them on Jeju while they were filming the MV (that's when they also shot some of the jacket stuff for Fever Part 3, which was Mingi's first album after his hiatus) and the fact that they wanted to include him so badly, but knew he wasn't feeling up to it yet, so they included the little prisms in the MV to represent him (Mingi wore a ring with that same prism on it in the THANXX MV). And the end scene where the camera flies over them standing at the shoreline looking back, they left space for Mingi 😭

i really have to appreciate hongjoong and mention that about him always taking pics he actually is doing his first film photography exhibition for his birthday but he will donate the money for young ppl who they cant do what they like and following their dreams to help them and he doing that under his and atinys name. also the original Korean ver of rocky was produced by hongjoong and it was a b side track but the fans love it a lot so they make it a title track (his first title track) he wrote it after inspired by the movie rocky but he thought about mingi (about mingi’s break time) while he wrote it so that is why mingi is the main character here

Utopia is the song that always manages to make me cry, and I don't know why because it's not even a really emotional one and it's also very hard to explain... The mv is aesthetically stunning, but I find the ending unnerving cause the world they are in is almost too perfect. Also, another thing, what is with them just disappearing and appearing out of thin air?? And mirrors? I can see why it would make people cry. I think that's one reason why this song is up there as a favorite of mine (hi this is Tori btw!). The whole thing with groups and storylines really is a blessing for me bacause I have a very fine eye for small details and the fact that I'm a very curious person does not help at all -😭🤣 And yes, hongjoong wears it in some of the mvs but more in the concerts. Kinda hard to spot the armband sometimes because, for exemple, in a guerilla live, he was wearing red, and it was the same colour. Their dynamic overall is just chaotic, but don't worry, you girls are not too far behind -saying it in a loving way ❤️😂

Dreamers is so good. They did it live for Summer Vacation Camp with Mingi. It'd probably get blocked, but their live vocals were beautiful. If you watch them singing Utopia in concert early in their career and compare it to the version you watched, you can see the improvement.

Oh wow. there's like 170 comments here. I mean, I know I'm 6 days late but still. Utopia is a Korean song from their 3rd album. They made a Japanese version for it and released it with a music video! I do think their japanese releases ARE tied into their story line, but as of now, i have no idea how. I'm sure there are people who wrote how it's all connected. OMG I AGREE. Jongho in that green silk shirt is sooooooo pretty. So pretty. OH OMG THE UTOPIA TO RINGDINGDONG... CLASSIC TIK TOK. Rocky is a korean song from The Deja Vu/Eternal Sunshine album. They made it into a different version and then in Japanese. Definitely... great outfits... i dont know about san's armband, but hongjoongs is his captain armband. Oh yeah, Utopia is in the same album as Wave and Illusion. This stage is from The Show's 300th episode. They were invited to do a song and they decided on Utopia. At that time, Utopia and some other ateez songs were trending because the olympics??? lots of sports competitions were using some of their songs as background music. It was amazing. I know I'm late to the party but I'm using your reaction playlist to discover Ateez myself (it's like doing it with a couple of friends instead of by myself) - Anyway! Fun Fact on the little cubes the guys have in Dreamers: they are prisms! They are cut crystal glass prisms in fact. It's the same stuff they make chandelier crystals or anything used to refract light out of. While prisms are about the way they are cut, they are also about the type of glass used to make the crystal. When the glass is being made they add lead oxide to the sand mixture. It's highly refractive and gives it that rainbow look and prism ability. I have a set of dice made out of it and the d6 looks exactly like those cubes when light goes through it!

Ah i'm so glad we got to these videos this was just the pick me up I needed today! Utopia and Rocky were both originally b-sides on treasure ep 3 and fever part 3! The vocals on all 3 but especially Utopia are so amazing hearing Seonghwa sing that high note live earlier this year was magic. Also as kind of a side note you've basically reacted to all of treasure ep3 at this point besides one song and a short 47 sec story bit. The missing song is Dancing Like Butterfly Wings and when you get to it eventually you should definitely watch a live performance of it if only to see how much Seonghwa adores that song and dances his heart out ❤

someone probably said this already , but yes rocky has an original version (the korean one) it is a bside in fever pt3 (also one of the songs hongjoong made for ateez predebut!!) and then they made this version for the japanese album as the title track (so the original is a bit different sounding) and gave it an mv like they do for all their title tracks

I absolutely love Utopia! It's so beautiful and Seonghwa's high notes on this song is so gorgeous and he does this live sometimes, too! It makes me tear up every time!! But yes, Jongho's vocals here are so amazing and Sannie, too. I just saw the title and see that you're going to watch the Utopia live! I AM SO excited!! I hope it's the one where you can see Seonghwa center and doing his high note. I'm not sure why sometimes he doesn't do it, I don't know if it's like a feeling of not being able to, or maybe he was resting his throat, or if he feels off about it, but I think he does amazing. I love Ateez for this, their storyline is amazing and I love how they stick to that and bring us songs of both, their lives, or pushing us forward. I hope this means you'll be able to see their other b-sides? :D Would you be able to watch the lyric videos of their full albums? I LOVE their Japanese releases. Utopia (Korean version) is one of my favourite songs. Dreamers is my absolutely favourite Japanese track by Ateez (and possibly by everyone). Rocky (Boxer version because is the Japanese version and has a more rock flare, I think but I could be wrong. Like the track is not the exact same as the Korean version). Bri, I could talk vocals for DAYS 🤩 I always love when you point out new things for me or just remind me stuff I just know and bypass because I listen to the song 2000 times😂 Tori with the comment about writing your path and keep going even not matter your age got me tearing up... 🥺 All the love for you 💙

I love Utopia, for me is so sad because they keep talking in the lyrics about people laughing at them and I read somewhere that back then people said that the pirate's concept was too silly. I mean, even in the Sunmi Show Interview i didnt like how she said for example that his Ceo must be an otaku for choosen that concept, or why they call to the chromer that way and not just call it by the real name, even questioning the guys if they ever cringed to the concept. Ahhhh we've had quite a few people who yell at us for it so we decided to put that warning in. The positive comments total far more in number though 🤗❤️ . I'm like you, I prefer watching reactors pause as well! So thank you for saying so ❤️ ❤️ ! We tried! It's not perfect but it's what we have to work with for now. Hopefully in the future we can upgrade our equipment further! These past few months have been a crash course on recording/editing/sound/lighting.. everything that goes into making a reaction. We've learned a lot and we still have a lot more to learn! Oh we didn't know they were ridiculed so badly for their pirate concept. That makes no sense to me? Don't most groups incorporate some sort of storyline into their MVs? How is being a pirate that different from being a time traveler or a vampire? The fantasy of it all is partially what draws me in.
