Say my name, fireworks, crazy form... really good. Love this group. Skz is my base but exploring new groups is so much fun. They all bring new things to the table and the members are so unique. Stray kids have their own genre called mala taste. Ateez gives a lot of energy and sometimes gives me more of a rock feel in some of their songs but soooo catchy with their beats and chorus. Enhypen gives me more of a pop feel but dark as their concept is vampires (they are "softer" group with heavenly vocals but their chorus will get stuck in your head very easily). Seventeen is a great group and goodluck learning all of them if you though 8 was a lot. Xdinary heros is now instrumental with great vocals. Shinee is known for their vocals and solo taemin is considered the mj of k-pop and his voice is so unique. I feel like k-pop itself is a hole you fall into and i hope you get to explore it more and more

From the Wonderland was created for Kingdom:Legendary War, so don’t spoil yourself by watching/listening to that if you are still going to watch Kingdom. 16:41 Sicko mode? Ateez did a dance performance of a song called Sicko Mode. If you watch Crazy Form and Wonderland together, you’ll notice some similarities. In their storyline, Wonderland is pretty much the beginning of a journey and Crazy Form is the end of this part of the storyline. There is a loooooot more than that to it, but that is the basics. Even the promotional photos synced up. Some other links: The line ‘On my my way’ is used in the background vocals in Wave. ‘Breaking the wall’ is mentioned a few times, but at the end of Guerrilla is famously the BREAK THE WALL lyrics and fan chant. In their tour, there was a VCR (vid) that played showing them staring at a picture of the scene at 7:50 talking about being towards the end of a new beginning. There is so much hidden stuff in Ateez’s songs and MV’s that it can send someone down a rabbit hole.

Recommendations: Inception, Thanxx, Aurora, Utopia, Pirate King (debute song)with Treasure, Wave,Say my name, Turbulence, Fireworks, and Empty Box special clip and Celebrate(Mingi was on hiatus for the shooting of the Mvs Fireworks and Celebrate so he won't be in the Mv only his voice)but Ateez still has Mingi presence there and Crazy form.Also you should check out their dance practices my fav would be Halazia. Ateez mama 2019 performance they did a mesh up with their Wonderland track,mixed with BTS Blood sweat and tears, Shinee Veiw and Miss A Goodbye baby and they were rookies when they did this.

Took me back to Nov 2020 when I just discovered Ateez and was shooketh by this track 😅 I had trouble identifying San & Seonghwa, they both have crazy jawlines! and I learnt how by focusing on their lips - Seonghwa's more plump and San has the dimples to die for. Sorry I have been horribly late. I've been busy. Comparing groups is tricky. If you are putting one against the other & listing why one is better...That's bad. But complementary comparisons are harder to define. If you are saying "these are the ways they are the same" is not so good. But if you are saying "these are the ways they are similar, but theses are the differences that make them unique" and not trying to place one as better, is a better thing. With SKZ & Attez, it's fine to say that they are both loud, have 8 members, and are unapologetically themselves. But their music is completely different. It's like comparing a orange & a tangerine. They are both citrus fruits, they are both orange in colour, but their flavor profile is very different. You can get some that are close, but not the same thing at all. With you knowing SKZ more, it is inevitable that you find similarities. For you, SKZ is the benchmark. You are very respectful when you draw similarities. So you are pretty safe there. And for next songs, you could start at the beginning of Ateez. At the time they did double title tracks, so both Pirate King & Treasure are their debut songs. Start with Pirate King, then Treasure. Both were filmed in Morocco. It's always good to see a group's beginnings, so you can appreciate their present even more.

In their songs, ateez don't really curse that much but mingi and san get really hyped up during live performances so they have a few instances of cursing. mingi however has cursed in a freestyle once and once in one of his 'fix off' project 'tunnel' Also I love how you mentioned how they go especially hard towards the end of the song. Idk if you knew but ATEEZ are literally called last 30 seconds group because the last 30 seconds of an ateez song will usually blow your mind at 8x Plus, I love hearing you praise their dance and performance because you did say dance is something you enjoyed on a personal level! About the whole comparison thing, I don't think you're aware of it? Or if I should even be telling you this because your audience is pretty much majorly staytiny? but the two fandoms don't really get along that well because of how they use comparisons as a way to jab at the other artist which is why you must've felt the reactions to you comparing them were strong. Suggestion: you should go ahead with Symphony no.9 from the wonderland that's literally the best reaction to do after this video. If you could, would you also react to performance videos? The sheer depth of the venom is astounding. I wanted to pop my head around the corner just to corroborate hua's statement that it is a thing that exists and is a factor in why some fans dislike the comparisons so much.
