Can’t spell Ateez without ATE! They surely Ate no matter what kind of genre they try! I know ATEEZ is known for their dance skills and performances but I wish people knew more about their singing skills, is just insane! While Wonderland is ATEEZ’s most well-known song, Answer is probably the most popular within the fandom! And wave is arguably their most popular song in Korea for its summer bop vibes, it has one of the highest streams on Melon out of 4th gen BGs. Turbulence is just chefs kiss. It was really heartwarming to see atiny’s and non-atiny’s talking about how the song helped them. ATEEZ are so emotive with their vocals, choreo and especiallly their facial expression. Easily one of the most talented groups in the new generation- coming from a multi!

Excuse my long long comment but I felt the need to say this: Kpop stans tend to deliberately avoid hyping up ATEEZ or talking about them because of their tremendous talent they fear for their favs. I’m serious, this is the reason people hate on them and ignore them DESPITE them having everything a Kpop group ever needs, or what should have. I know not all people have the same taste of course but the way Kpop stans avoid them, spread rumors and hate about them is insane to me. It’s unfair to them tbh and turn away potential fans that might be manipulated into having preconceived hatred for them without actually knowing them or anything about them or their artistry. They have it all, talent (vocal, performance, dance..), Visual, all-rounder members (literally all 8 of them can be stand alone artists) and being diverse within the group itself. I believe their power comes from how amazing each individual is and then they put them all together and create this something magical that the Kpop scene was not ready for. That’s why a lot of people say “Is there anything ATEEZ can’t do?” and “I can’t just have one bias.” or “it’s hard to pick a bias in ATEEZ.” ATEEZ is just 3 years old now, can you believe it? They’ve come a long way, they started with only a dime and a dream, and they worked really REALLY hard to build a name for themselves, to create a strong lore, a wide and interesting universe that others dare to copy. You can see the fire in their eyes, the passion and ambition is what got them where they are now and I really admire them for that. And also with the backing of their producing team “Eden-ary” led by another KQ artist “EDEN” and recently joined by “Maddox” also a KQ soloist with an incredible voice and talent. (he’s the English narrator for their storyline btw), and dance crew “BB Trippin” who are amazing professional dancers and choreographers who also back up other artists and create choreo for them as well. Ah, it feels good saying this out loud. Lastly, I’m gonna list you all the ATEEZ MVs in order, they usually do double title tracks so I will put those together but still in order. I know you already saw a few but if you’re interested in the lore behind the music and you want to see how everything is connected, I recommend you watch in order even if you just watch it by yourself, also it would be perfect if you did album listening in order as well, their B-sides are a must in my opinion. I’m sure you’ll enjoy their journey. Side Note: they have some MVs released as collaborations, singles, features and for Universe (it’s the personal messages company/app a lot of artists use who are not under a big label.)…etc, I’m not going to include those, I’ll list them separately instead. It’s almost impossible to only have one bias in ATEEZ because there’s always someone trying to bias wreck you. I’m personally doubled biased to San and Seonghwa with Hongjoong as my bias wrecker. My best friend has 3 biases (Jongho, Hongjoong, Wooyoung) and one bias wrecker (Mingi). 😂😅 I personally recommend you watch Nero (Black Cat) and Wonderland 9th symphony in that order. Both are live performances that they absolutely killed vocally and performance-wise. They’re my top 2 favorite competition performances they’ve done.

It’s tough to choose a bias. Wooyoung is my main bias but Seongwha, San, HongJoong and Mingi try to wreck it. You should continue your Ateez exploration-Say my Name, Deja Vu, and Thanxx should be next on your list. Also anything from Kingdom. Their Immortal Songs covers and MAMA performances are also good. I keep going back to the Immortal Songs mash up of Fantastic Baby, Nillili Mambo, and The Real lately. It’s that good. Also Turbulence gave me goosebumps before I saw the English lyrics. This one is powerful.

I love that you’re starting to realize the true unique artistry that is Ateez! Almost every atiny says two things once they begin stanning Ateez. 1: they regret not stanning earlier and 2: their standards for kpop and kpop performance are so high now that all other kpop group performances are boring to watch. You have to listen and watch all their MV chronologically in order to appreciate them more. No matter how many time I watched their MVs, I find new things I never noticed before. And everything is so connected and well executed that I can't stop listening to them. Ateez is the ONLY KPOP group and one of the few ARTIST I'm a REAL FAN. I didn't want to stan Kpop groups because it seems exhausting, even though a lot of them are so interesting to follow and to know them deeper. I listen a lot of Kpop songs but I'm never behaved to the other groups like I'm doing with Ateez. I don't even know why I liked them so much. ATEEZ title tracks are mostly party tracks or anthems but their b-sides...man. Their B-sides will take you high in your feels and ascend you to a different dimension. Most of them are such motivational songs that connects heart with heart.

Their lore is always super building but we only get small bits at a time, so it is also SO mysterious at the same time. Like the anticipation is crazy. And their new comeback is going to mind breaking. Like mind shattering because they're being even more cryptic and just dropping these random things that we don't know how they will 100% play out. Their cinematic universe can be confusing without going back to the beginning MV's and realizing who Halateez are. We still don't know how the man in white plays in.

i joined the fandom super late aswell, turbulence was my first comeback as an atiny T_T and this song is so so so so SO special to me! and answer?!??!?!??!?! omg its one of my fav songs ever! with ateez the thing is that as idols and as general people they are so humble and loveable that you keep getting seeped into them and their music once you get into them like there is NO WAY OUT lolll. you can hear their genuinity in their music or even when they have any interviews its just beautiful. they are beautiful!

Ateez makes music for atinys, & it shows! Everything they do is for the fans & they could care less about the rest. All music videos tie with their storyline, they always give us what we want & ask for. We ask for a certain styling? They give it to us. Title track? We choose their title track. Ateez lightstick?
