I wouldn't say this is one of my favorite songs but Utopia is my favorite Ateez song and I have a soft spot for Dancing Like Butterfly Wings and Illusion. I love their ballads and stronger songs and occasionally hearing songs from this album are just refreshing sometimes. Also who did that note? You know it's our NASA boy

it‘s so insane to me that they released this still in their rookie year! this album is iconic…I totally get what you mean, ateez songs just feel like ateez songs even with big sound changes Dancing like Butterfly Wings has beautiful choreo, I especially enjoy watching seonghwa dancing to it, bc it‘s his favorite songs and you can see it in every little move…his dlbw fancams from the last tour are my ultimate serotonin booster :)

Interesting little fact for you! Hakuna Matata is actually a real phrase in Swahili which is a language from East Africa! It really does mean “no trouble or problems” or “no worries” :) So though Disney made it very well known because of Lion King they don’t actually own the phrase themselves! It’s just the use of it in the song that they own. If that makes sense. So nobody can have rights to the actual phrase :)

Thank u for reacting! Aurora is one of my favorites, the leader Hongjoong (the guy with red hair) wrote the lyrics and dedicaded to the rest of the members of ateez

LOVED YOUR REACTION AS USUAL!! idk if you know this but i'm gonna mention it! lol If you look at ANY ateez song credits, you'll find that hongjoong and mingi wrote in every . single . one. Literally all their titles, and songs in any album, they wrote in it. Just had to say it cause i'm just in aw of them, i have so much respect to their talent :')

This might be more happy, lighter-sounding album but it's still very much tied to their storyline. And don't worry, if you look into the Illusion MV, you will see one halateez member, aka the hat people, there too (albeit very quickly) and oh my that whole MV is so deep when you start to dig into it - if you reread the lyrics to Illusion, notice, for example, the background shout "let me free" on repeat there ;D Utopia is magical live! And oh my Dancing like Butterfly Wings does indeed have a choreo, you will find the biggest DLBW enthusiast Park Seonghwa busting out those moves like rent is due today in their concert even tho they don't really nowadays to the whole choreo, instead interact with the fans during it. But no, Seonghwa is the number 1 fan of DLBW, he is so into it🥰 As mentioned, Aurora is Hongjoong's song, the very first one we got that made it into their official album. And the Aurora references indeed to the Northern lights, as Hongjoong got inspired by the lights of all the atinys in their very first world tour (which was 4 months after their debut). So Hongjoong is saying the night isn't dark anymore, not with atinys lighting it up with their light. I have a such a soft spot for things song, and the choreo is gorgeous indeed. This album and the most recent World Movement part 1 (which had Guerrilla) are their most cohesive albums, which is interesting since they are like day and night, completely different. One of the reasons ATEEZ does have such a strong signature sound is probably the fact that they have their production team, Eden-ary. I do love how you can always tell it's an ATEEZ song, no matter what kind of song it is. And yet they still try new things and grow, which is also very good^^

Landon I looked through your channel some days ago looking for a certain song, but with all your catchup vids etc I might’ve missed it so I’m asking you (and anyone who’s reading this) - have you seen their Turbulence MV? If not, then that’s the only mv you have left, then you’ll have watched all their (korean) title tracks 🎉🎉🎉 Still wanted to give a massive congratulations as they have quite a lot of videos 😂 and a thank you for this dive into ateez! They very quickly became one of my ults so all the videos lately have been such a joy!

Hellllo! I have not seen that one yet! :P I haven't gone over Zero Fever Epilogue, but I'm sure I'll get there soon! Everyone on my patreon are the ones voting on the album of the week, and we are in an ATEEZ kick right now! And I'm not mad at it - these boys are very talented!! 🥰🥰🥰🥰

Going to throw out there that Disney doesn’t own Hakuna Matata because it’s a Swahili translation, not something they made up.
