@@yellowroses4016 yes, he absolutely loves Andy Warhol. Movies like Coraline, Sleepy hollow, Sweeney Todd, etc. It sets a tone of eerie and dark but some comedic relief. Almost like a dark humor. The setting of this MV gives it the same feel. Yesterday this was trending at #35 in the US, he must have gotten a lot of die hard fool's garden fans. He had the same effect with David Bowie, prince, and Linkin Park fans with his covers. Hongjoong definitely has range and so much more ❤ exceptional taste in music indeed.

The song itself is very mellow and a bit sad in that regard and this part is also where we first get the lyric about the blue sky and the lemon tree, which also adds to the conflict between isolation and waiting for a connection to someone who isn’t going to come. I remain in awe of the creatively and art that lives in hongjoong’s brain. This whole song is only 3 minutes long but he has told us a story that anyone could understand and connect with in that time (even if you didn’t know the song before). I also really enjoy a chance to hear him sing more because his singing voice is so sweet and soothing to me. Already looking forward to more of these 💕

Hongjoong is an all rounder, singing and rapping in this cover is very beautiful I have this song on loop and the visuals and the way the MV of the cover is shown. Even adding his behind the scenes clip at the end of the video is just cute. The makeup style that Hongjoong has is a makeup I'd love to try and achieve and all I would like to ask is where he get his boots like ooooo and his clothes was beautiful. After watching this I had brainstormed to paint something related to this song with him in it and maybe try to go and sketch digitally. Over all, Hongjoong you made my day good as I went off for work. 💛🥺
