Just got back from a week's stay as I had my wedding there. Def recommend this place for destination wedding (as well as a vacation place). Their whole staff went above and beyond and service was perfect. You can't get this kind of customer service/cost here in the states for a wedding, that is for sure! My whole wedding group & guest will be back yearly as we all loved this resort; Def 5 Stars across the board! :)

@@juliakamburi7465 Hello, sorry for the late reply as just back on site now. but ZERO complaints about the wedding. The cost overall compared to the USA was way more affordable. Everything is done by the wedding team once you pick out all your wants. The flowers, food, table setting, DJ, reception, and the customer service was beyond a 5 stars! we paid for 2 minutes of fireworks at the end and it was sweeet and worth the cost. Also, they provide a video package that takes a professional music video of your wedding and reception, it is amazing! Happy to share the link to you if needed. ONE TIP: Make sure your whole attendees have a wrist band that allows all persons 16 and older to go to both the Estudio and Atelier (adult side). This will avoid any confusion. Hope this helps and sorry for my delayed response.

Thank you thank you so much! This is what I was going for. So there is this atelier app. Which you'll have to download when your checking in. In the app it gives you all the activities. One day can be tequila tasting and another day something else. Mind you there are tons of activities going on every day. In the app, there is a concierge button where you can reserve your spot as some of these activities do require a reservation, it's a good tip because I sucked at joining some of these activities that required the reservation.

Headed there in two weeks. Do you know if you can book excursions through the resort? Looking to do a day trip to Isla mujeres and another one to Tulum. Wasn’t sure if we should book through a third party before our stay or to book it at the resort.

Great question. I didn't do any excursions during my time there. But they do have a section near the pool where they offer activities off site. Can't confirm on Tulum to be honest.

They do offer like a day pass. Only thing you have to do is listen to there Inspira pitch. Which takes like 90 mins. But you get hydrotherapy at the spa, a day pass at inspira and other gifts just for listening to the pitch. Thats one free way. The other is to be members.

They are together. The walk from either building is about the same depending on where your room is located. But the beach is about a min and a half closer walk than Estudio. I did both walks on both sides and I enjoyed both sides. Its a win win.

I would honestly say get your private transportation situated before you land in Cancun. 2nd what I did, I took like $200 in cash. I tipped lightly during the days but on my last two days I gave the employees who made the experience amazing the most. But jf your doing activities etc, they accept card and can charge you in Pesos so it's no biggie in that form either.

I’m confused about the hydrotherapy circuit. If you book an inspira level room, is the circuit included at no extra cost? You said it is included if you listen to the sales pitch but what if you book the room? At le blanc the circuit was free for everyone once per day

The spa is separate from the all inclusive. Now as far as renting a Inspira room and getting Spa days included that I do not know. I should have done more homework on that. We were just offered the hydrotherapy as a gift for hearing the Inspira pitch.

Yes adults from Estudio can go to Atelier and use the pools and amenities. Kids under 16 aren't allowed on the Atelier side if I remember correctly.

It's apparently more rain 🌧 days in Cancun during the month of May. But when I went was in April 2021 and August 2020. Both times out of 15 days it rained once. So May, may be a good time as well. If I had the option I'd go. But for Sure August will be hot and dry there.

I enjoyed both. Having access to the infinity pool is amazing. But my first time there I was in room 2342 and that room had the best view in my opinion. Can't go wrong either way. If I go off my budget the regular room is my preference. But if I had extra money I'd go with Inspira. But you win either way seriously

Once you pay for your flight and resort. You don't have to pay for anything else in the resort. All food and beverages are included. Only extra cost is the cost from airport to resort and if you buy anything from the resort store or the spa area.

They were at 65% capacity. I was doing this tour during the lunch hour and also shortly after a storm and also on a Sunday which is there slow day. But it was a good crowd from Thursday to Saturday.

As far as tips, the premium liquor bottles will be at the Don Fernando Bar and the Sky Bar and all the restaurants. Download the Atelier app and have it ready so you can plan your activities out. Sometimes you have to make reservations to activities or restaurants. Other then that just have fun and enjoy it!

For the Covid testing, it's in the convention center area. You have to schedule your test within 3 days before you fly back. They test you and you get your results via Email within 30 mins to an hour. As far as mask, they are only required to enter the restaurants and thats about it. They do take temperature when prior to your reception but thats the only time.

Inspira is like a membership. Basically like a program that guarantees you the price as is versus the price hikes that can happen. I think you can get it at check in. But my friend signed up for it after the 1st day.

Nah we never left. It's hard to. They can call cabs for you at the resort. They are pretty accommodating. But you also can find online private taxis as well.

You can go to any restaurant. The only difference is the sky bar which is exclusive until 6pm. But also since some of the restaurants get busy it's best to reserve a spot in advance and the cool thing about that is you can do it through the app you download at the resort.

Highly recommend the adult side to honeymooners for sure. It takes about 35-40 mins in a private cab to the resort from the airport.

Most definitely. You can still get the inspira experience just by listening to there pitch which they give it to you for a day. But without it it takes nothing away from The Hotel. Try to get room 2342 if possible I felt it was the best location for a room.
