This just gave me motivation once again as I've been getting slowly drained from farming artifacts with bad & badder stat rolls... I must continue gathering up artifacts to make Baal, the Raiden Shogun, the Almighty Narukami Ogosho, the one who promised Inazuma an unchanging Eternity, the TRUE 'Immovable God'.

This gave me literally shivers the fact that such a ruthless god exists in this game in the current time period makes me so happy because we see them always as kind people after the war but never consider how it would be if it was still like the times of war. The Raiden shogun is a great representation of divinity and eternity with her foot firm on the ground she stands on. The people who fight for their freedom at the same time as this current tyrannical reign happens all together just incredible. From the song itself you can tell shes not backing down and this fierceness in her theme proves it (Even if its a fan song it still considered an absolute stunner in my books for the game)

@@anamelesscommenter9700 The archon war was a war to over throw the current ruling archons I.E the Tyrant who use to rule Mondstadt was overthrown by the Anemo archon Barbatos. Rex Lapis (Morax) Defeated Osail to claim the land for Liyue (I think im not 100% sure) However the history of the other regions is yet to be uncovered. What I meant to say is in my point. During the war Morax was ruthless and didnt think as its stated when talking about Guizhong "She was the brains he was the brawn" Nowadays he's just a retired old blessing called Zhongli. Barbatos is the god of freedom he fought during the war to free the people and then slept for 2800 years due to the grievance of loosing someone he cared about deeply. However when it comes to the Raiden Shogun she's been ruthless through it all although maintaining a positive image to her people I don't know whether its because of fear which gains her respect or actual proper respect but thats what I love about it. If that clears up any confusion

@@Lemon_Corona about that, iirc the archon war was the war to determine who would become the archon over the other various divinities in Teyvat. The 7 who overcame the war became the first 7 Archons. However, only Venti/Barbatos(FGO’s material piñata) and Zhongli/Morax are the only original Archons that remain from the Archon war. The other 5 stepped down/died/retired to Celestia or something and now we have the other 5 including Raiden/Baal who are essentially the 2nd generation or beyond(no real info to tell if the current ones are Gen 2 or not) Archon

@@batperson3532 ya, it kinda slow. baal entire characterisation is she is probably the fastest archon yet she chases eternity for her people. it a character of contradiction and uncertainty that is not captured by the music. this piece is very good for a mix, but it is not something that can be use as part of the storytelling or environment, it is not design to be BGM which need to communicate the emotion.
