9:56 I actually do something more useful to prevent such silly mistakes (it might take a bit of time to adapt). Usually when I am into a lengthy calculation I keep saying every step reason behind it is, when your brain hears something like3^3=9 it would alert you, so I would recommend keep mumbling every step in your mouth(not loud enough to disturb others but also not mild enough to miss your mistake).

so bro should i start focusing on examples and sample papers too instead of focusing on the exercises of some chapters? because i have done all the exercises but once i try to do them without looking at the solutions then i wouldn't be able to do it properly because i either get stuck or confused . so with this problem should i jump onto to solving important questions and sample papers when i do the basic questions and examples and exercises imperfectly?

My suggestion is first finish ncert completely including examples and then solve cbse's official paper, it's enough, if you still have more time then go for other sample papers and stuff, those sample papers are not more important than ncert

One day I was solving a question and the entire question was going smoothly but at last I wrote 25 in place of 75 and the whole answer went wrong And coincidentally one of my friend the topper also did a mistake but that was different but our answer got same ....... Bhai My sleep cycle is totally messed up because of Maths preparation! I wake up at 8:30 AM and start studying at 9:30 AM till 2:00 PM then I have lunch then again start studying at 3:00 PM then have dinner at 10:30 PM then again start studying at 12:30 AM to 5:30 AM! I'm extremely tired and sometimes have anxiety attacks... Just want these board exams to end ASAP!!

Bro first of all you need to normalise that maths paper or board exam is not rocket science. I did the same during term 1 but tbh doing that wasn't worth it. I used to be confused and tired all the time also,I wasn't able to concentrate properly but now i take proper sleep and the best part is that I am much more productive than before. So take proper sleep as it will make you full of enthusiasm and can boost up your productivity. All the very best!
