I am a 23 year old Turkish man who’s born in Turkey and lives in Canada since I was 18. Alhamdulillah since the one and only Allah swt opened my eyes to this Dunya and gave me ability to breathe I’m a Muslim. Obviously as everyone I started questioning some things about my belief when I became a teenager and then as I read more I found out that there’s not a single question that isn’t answered on Quran and Hadith’s and finding intelligent people like Hamza, Mohammed Hijab and many more Alhamdulillah my iman got 100 times stronger. I became Muslim at 15 alhamdulillah. It was the worst time for a young guy to want to become a Muslim. You can't go out with girls, you can't drink or smoke, you can't eat whatever your friends are eating. I didn't choose it. I just believed. I came across a book about Islam and I saw verses of the Qur'an and I could tell immediately Islam was the truth because it didn't seem like a man wrote it. I believed right away. Been Muslim for almost two decades alhamdulillah and some people around me also followed suits.

Let's see.... Brother Hamzah became muslim at the age of 27. He lost his girlfriend He lost his childrens He stop his interest-dealing business His relationship with his father was affected. At 40s, He's married with children Runs his own shop His relationship with his father is mending (if not mistaken) He looks happy and contend with his life. Brother Hassan left islam at the age of 17. Not sure what he lost or gained but at 40, he looks miserable and angry.

As a Turk living in the UK, I am very sorry to see Hasan and his miserable situation. Many Turkish people claim to be Muslims but do not practice at all. I am a Turkish Man and i was born in Germany and i life here. Alhamdulillah i am a muslim and i love everything about the islam. The Problem is that the People close there hearts when we talk about the truth. For me its harder to become a muslim because the truth is something that not everybody wants to accept. As a Turkish Muslim I am ashamed of this “Turkish Hasan” who even doesn’t know to listen to the person he is talking to and make some false accusations about that man’s previous life. We face this kind of people in Türkiye and they are approximately less than 5% of the population (Atheists). There is a larger number who identify themselves as “Muslim” which we can’t insist the otherwise unless they say so and they are nearly 20% of the population. There are even Muslims who are slaves to their own desires and material things. If there weren’t unbelievers why would Allah (swt) have created the Hell? He is the One who lets them go astray but they are the ones who choose the wrong path 🤷🏼‍♂️.
