If you don't believe in God you believe in magic... Without God you need magic to produce inviolable, indestructible atoms, which are all near perfect and remain functional and energetic for 26 billion years. How does this happen? Science does not and cannot explain how atoms came to exist in near pristine perfection. The sun has endowed Earth with warmth, light, photosynthesis, stability in space, and other life sustaining benefits for billions of years -- with no need for refueling, maintenance, or repairs. Either God made the sun for this purpose, or It's a magical, natural phenomenon -- just like everything else Earthlings have been miraculously gifted with through the astonishing winds of good fortune -- according to atheists.

You conscience reproves you and you'll try to mask those feelings when you're back with her. There is plenty missing in my life, but it sure is not a God! I write these words to educate others like you, that may be reading them. Don't waste your time on hateful things. Don't believe something just because it is written in an ancient book. I am not afraid of dying and I try to enjoy life as much as I can. I don't ask religious people why they are so frustrated and then tell them something is wrong with their lives for writing in the comments section. Can't you go out and feed some homeless people, or volunteer at a shelter, or something...instead of wasting everyone's time doing this!? You must have something missing in your life! God(s) have never done one thing without humankind doing it for him. And, yes, that includes existing!

I'm frustrated on behalf of the millions of women forced to walk around while wearing draperies in places like Iran and Saudi Arabia. I'm frustrated because of all the horrible and violent acts committed in the name of Allah. It has nothing to do with insecurity. Atheists are not more frustrated than anyone else. However, it appears that videos like these can create a sense of being misunderstood, misrepresented, and sometimes demonized. Why wouldn't that frustrate or at least discomfort anyone, regardless of their beliefs or lack thereof?

One big flaw that I have yet to get a satisfying answer on from a theist who believes in the cosmological argument: What was god doing before he created the first thing? And how long was he doing that for?

But a simple question “what was God doing before he created the First Thing” cannot even be answered. So god was doing nothing, forever, and the suddenly decides to create something?
