And the threat of Abberus maybe quelled, but the threat of the Primal Incarnates still remains active, and I do not like the plan of stopping the Infinite Dragonflight from changing time and space and corrupting Nozdormu into his evil future self because it's a distraction to keep us busy long enough for Iridikron to make his move, for I believe that we might end up trading one villain for another, I should know because I've seen these kind of moments from before, the plan of stopping the Infinite Dragonflight is a distraction concocted by Iridikron to keep us busy long enough to make his move just as letting the villains run loose in Arkham Asylum is a distraction concocted by Ra's al Ghul to keep Batman, Robin, Batgirl, and the Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles busy long enough for both him and the Shredder to successfully obtained the Cloud Seeder in the movie "Batman Vs. Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles", and Arbiter Thel 'Vadam and Master Chief Petty Officer John-117 realizing that they've just traded one villain for another after both the Gravemind and his Flood hordes revealed their true colors after double-crossing them in "Halo 3", just as both Alexstrasza and the other Aspects will now realized that they've just traded one villain for another after Iridikron both double-crossed the Infinite Dragonflight and reveal his true colors and follow the same path as Galakrond did while pledging his true loyalty to the Void Lords whom he had made a secret and yet darkest bargain with, Does anybody else see these kinds of similarities as I do?

Do they not have to wait for the "Embrace" alignment to become true aspects? Not sure why Kalecgos was not included in that group as well, in theory that is the only time an Aspect can be made an Aspect sooo in truth there should only be 2 true aspects atm.

@@johnb6011 that's just how they become aspects in the lore. kalecgos has a unique design because he's been a prominent character as leader of the blue dragonflight for ages. merithra and ebyssian are brand new replacements for the other missing leaders of the flights. you're probably right though, and if they include the alignment and regain aspectral power in the game, that's probably when they're going to get their new designs.

I know what you mean, but let me leave you with THIS notion to ponder: If the visage suits the dragon best, are they not the truly that race at heart? Dragons in Azeroth are blessed with the ability to walk whatever life they choose amongst the mortals, and sure there have been deceivers, but even in those moments they reflected a small part of the society they imitated. Take Onyxia for example, who found friends among the nobility of the human capital and their goals aligned. Or Chromie, who is not only as good natured and clever as any gnome, but perfectly reflected their inner most desires with a female visage. I think perhaps Blizzard took this idea from 'Song Dragons' from old D&D lore, who were so in love with the citizens they lived among that they would only reveal themselves as a dragon in times of great need for the people they protected.

Man, the voice acting, the subtlety of the expressions, the character development from all four of these dragons - it's been fantastic storytelling all around. I love that Sabellian and Wrathion are sticking around as Ebyssian's advisors, too - his general and his diplomat. So glad for all of them! I hope Ebyssian will get an Aspect model with his moose antlers.

Errm. I have a different opinion on that. The voice actors always.... Speak.... So..... Slow .... And..... With.... Dire.... Gravitas. The story telling was okayish.. we have that big fire dragon flying around and destroying parts of the dragon Isle, while Alex talks about how this is a great day. Or one of the NPCs accompanied us, dies in a mission and the quest giver says: " oh.. how sad. here is your 23 gold. Bye". 😂😂 No one cared about the shade of Nelth turning into a nameless thing. The past few expansions have been bad mostly because nothing would friggin happen for multiple patches in a row. We didn't (and still don't) know what the point of any of it even was. It's definitely a story with better pacing now. Like, stuff is actually _happening_ in this expansion. It feels like it has forward progression. But I don't want to give them too much credit. Some of those same bad storytelling elements are still being us in Dragonflight. Like Tyr's bullshit being dragged out for ages while constantly teasing that it's supposed to be some earth-shatteringly important stuff. I'd rather just find out about it when it's time, and not reminded every five minutes for a year about how important it is, without being told anything. It's like sitting on an airplane next to a toddler who won't stop tapping you on the shoulder. That's why everybody friggin hated Baldy McBigBrain and his "what is to come" line. Dude couldn't stop dropping cliffhangers and hiding his motives, even in death.

Fact is, Lore wise the Horde needed 3-4 Weeks to move their Army through the Dark Shore, because the Siege weapons were big and slow, and as everyone knows who ever quested in Darkshore, the Terrain is fucked. On top of that Night Elf interference. So the Night Elves knew for 3-4 Weeks that a Army was coming to lay Siege to the World Tree and their City. That is more than enough time to evacuate the City of all Civilians. Something that is absolutely essential for a soon to be besieged City. If the Horde magically teleported to the Coast somehow, sure i get that there wouldn't be time. But they had Weeks. They mustered up a defense, sure. They slowed the Horde down even further yet they still didn't bother to evacuate any damn civilians. Instead of that they started praying to Elune for help! So yeah, they deserved it. They were given all the possible tools to minimize the damage done to them, better lose a City than an entire Race, am i right? Yet of all the options they picked sitting in a circle praying kumbaja, hoping that their "God" would fix the Problem. So what ultimately happened, was just Darwinism at its finest. They had every chance to prevent the fate that ultimately came upon them. Don't trust me? We later learn Elune heard their prayers and betrayed them by doing nothing. So even their own God wanted them to burn. They literally got Logic and Faith against them at the same time, and those things are *rarely* in harmony. You can't argue with that. And by the way i mean this in no way disrespectful or condescending. Just saying how it is.

i havnt been playing after the since the start of dragonflight . but i done the quest line up to the gain favor between the two . i felt something truly off before i had to lay down my mettle an focus on real life issues that something seemed off between the two . there was a thought in the back of my head that Ebyssian would take up the Aspect charge . an after watching this it seem i had a good hunch ..

The perfect choice for the Black Aspect. He was my favourite character from Legion. He is a true pure black dragon cleansed by the power of a pillar of creation. He can never be corrupted. Whats the bet Ebyssian will eventually become the leader of the aspects all together. If he does I will be so proud! ❤

My choice as well. We grew up with him through Cata, MoP and BFA as we took down N’zoth together. I believe Ebonhorn is temporary. Wrathion is the only one whose egg was modified before birth with a titan artifact back in the badlands. I believe it will give him more protection over Ebyssian and Sabellian when the void and old gods appear at the end of the expansion.

I am a bit loss, maybe I missed something. Why did sabellian atitude with wrathion changed so much? in this cinematic he says "my brother blablabla, If I ever made you feel bad I am sorry blablabla" yet in the previous one (the one where they found the winged snakes) wrathion tells him that they are the same as them, that if he sees the snakes as just experiments then sabellian sees wrathion as just that to what sabellian answers "yep, you are just that to me".
