Really nice video. very clear and easy to understand. My wife has plantar faciitis, so I start with the stretch and tendon draw. That pretty much kills the ticklish issue, so the rest is easy.

Great video! It helps a lot when I try to comfort my wife. One suggestion is could you do more of these on male feet? I think there may be some differences between male and female feet, because my wife told me the techniques in the video did not work quite well when she was massaging my feet -- the muscles are very hard and impossible for any movement. Thank you!

+koko9544 Soccer cleats have the ability to cause shin splints and damage your ankles when running long distances. In my experience, I not only suffered from those injuries but felt pain in the arches of my feet.

depends on your gait pattern and what you are accustomed to running in. If a shoe forces you to strike your foot differently than you normally would, especially with long distances then yes it could cause injury.
