Sir like you said gem was converted in every end of a month, mine doesn't. And I earn almost 10ml gems in the app, but the issue is that I was trying to do my KYC it asked me to pay an amount of ATH. While my gems it wasn't converted to gems yet, please how am I going to fix this 😢
