Hi Valeria, how much does renovation in Athens these days cost per sq metre? Say you have to start from scratch, new heating, air conditioning, new kitchen and bathroom - make it nice for airbnb with nice finishes - how much should I budget?

Thank you for following me. Each apartment has a different price, depending on the size and what needs to be done inside. The most expensive part is the new aluminium windows. If you need new windows etc it will be like at least 10k more.
