Hi I'm trying to learn as much as I can about the RecycLA program as I'm consulting green operations for local LA hotels, and putting together a training program. Can you please help answer these questions: 1) Can meat, seafood and dairy go into GREEN BINS now? On the Compostables PDF I downloaded it says yes, but on LA Sanitation it says No - I thought they were connected and both go to the same Compost facility in Griffith Park. Please advise 2) Can the restaurant line the compost bin with compostable plastic bags or must food scraps be dumped directly in the green bin without any barriers? Thank you
