He may not have the fastest times outdoors, but hes certainly a grafter - his World Indoor & Double Euro Indoor Titles prove it!!
@AthleticProductionz7 жыл бұрын
He really is. He seems to have bulked up a bit compared to previous seasons I think he is just going for the full on power approach now especially with Indoor world champs next year in his home country.

He used to train at my club Gateshead. And had a little training session with him, because he watched one of my races. Glad to see him doing well.

Is it better to run clenched fists or star hands???
@krepes86856 жыл бұрын
Dãňięł generally, star hands so that there is no tension, but it’s also personal preference as well.
@geoffreydowning17715 жыл бұрын
Star hands because it increases speed

Kitty is no grafter ....he is and was a talented sprinter ..who focused on his strengths and worked on his weaknesses ....and clean as a whistle ...grafter always has connotations of not quite as gifted ..but believe me any man running .6.4s is special ....and any man running 10.01 is special ....if he were an American or from London ..he would be lauded .....still an underrated under appreciated northern English athlete ......it show how GB is so divided in many wAys ......

it a shame!! for my He is a 60 meter runner and I don´t think he can go sub 10(he might have a good acceleration but lake of stamina and speed in the last meter(100m)but who know...
@fireuser118 жыл бұрын
Octavio Salvatierra I think he's very capable,he ran a low 15 second 150m earlier in the year....
@qrmunkyy8 жыл бұрын
He can go sub 10 bruh ! His PB is at 10.01 so he's pretty close already!!
@octaviosalvatierra13898 жыл бұрын
yeah but he need at least a 2.0 wind to make it and if he do that it going to be like 9,99s and now he is 27 years old(pretty old for the first time to go sub 10)and yes, he is pretty close but now he is too old to do it continually if we compared him with jamaicans and americans sprinters... I hope he can do it...
@qrmunkyy8 жыл бұрын
