I think 2024 will be too early for her to be part of the jamaican 4×100 relay. Not ready for à national top 5. It is what it takes to make a team. And i think the big jamaican names run the heats too at big events. Shelly-Ann, Shericka, Elaine. I do not know who was the 4th in Budapest.

She isnt been over worked, she was the recipient of a nice semi respite last season now its time to see her showcase her Talent. Our initial set of Olympic stars ran a lot more races than Breez during their college days, especially Merlene Ottey & Bertland Cameron (every weekends,) and still had to represent Jamaica at the International level and individually on the European circuit during the summer. Did you know that Merlene Ottey once competed in the sprint double and 400m at the Ncaa outdoor champs. Let Breez compete and stop the fuzziness its all in the process towards being a World class star track athlete, she seems to be enjoying her environment and that a massive PLUS.

This 42.58 in U20 at 4×100 is better than national record of 12 european countries.

Your a jackass, ur comments have no basis. You pull 2 athletes out of how many????, did you realise that both are from over 40 years. Where are the other us grown production, compared to the jamaican produced champions.

What I really admire about Lyston she’s very very smart staying active while getting her education plus now is not the right time to take on the pro in the big leagues because if u cannot run 10:70 or less in the 100m u will not win , & if u can’t run 20:80 or less in the 200m u not going to win she will be ready to challenge these times in 2 to 3 years time from now

This nonsens clip is a historic review. It does not represent 2024 at all. Looking at her times in 2024, well her race over 100m with the top three between 10.85 and 10.89 was perhaps a bit downward and with tailwind to help for sure. For sure, she is very, very fast. Not under the top 30 in 60m women, still she is 1/100 of a s before Marita Koch born in 1957. But maybe, she is growing in muscle but not in weight beyond the age of 18 as many humans do. Etc. etc. (Laugther). She is certainly fast. But her best view is to see her happy go lucky. All the best to her.
