It isn't that high. He just belts out and sings near to his vocal ceiling that's why it seems this way. It feels this way, but actually that is not the case. Listen to for example kk who is atif's opposite. He sings on a much higher scale and note than atif but since his ceiling is more it won't feel that way. But when you'll try to sing along to his songs you will feel it's actually much much higher.
