Post office services are pathetic and they make even senior citizens to wait for hours even for 1L withdrawal after any scheme closure, best is small finance banks upto 5L, Suryoday bank gives 9.01% for 5yrs FD meaning annualized return is 11.24% which is simple and straightforward than this pathetic post office service (both interest and customer service)
