Flex 200 is recommended for exposed area. Common practice is to have a cement render layer on top of the waterproofing membrane before installing tiles.

There are some hairline cracks on my concrete slab roof. So far there is no water leak. But there are fungus here and there, especially at cracks. Can I use Nippon Flex 200 to paint over the slab to prevent fungus?

You first to jet wash or remove the fungus first. Then, you can apply primer sealer as base coating.
