Wayne Bertram Williams is an American serial killer who is serving life imprisonment for the 1981 killing of two men in Atlanta, Georgia, and the police believe that he is responsible for at least 24 of the 30 Atlanta murders of 1979-1981, also known as the Atlanta Child Murders.

I was 8 years old when at the inception of the ATLANTA MISSING AND MURDERED CHILDREN, and it was a scary time to be living as a child then. We used to walk in groups everywhere we went. The school gave us WHISTLES to blow whenever we were approached by strangers, and they say it was to be heard up to two miles, but didn't know if that was true. Fear gripped the black community, and I was a schoolmate of one of the missing children by the name of Yusuf Bell; he was a very smart boy, and his sister, Tonia Bell was in my grade. His mother, Mr.s Bell, gave her daughter Tonya a birthday party and included me because our birthdays were a couple of days apart. This was the first time I had a birthday party, and I thought how nice of her to include me. I can only hope and pray that the additional killers are brought to justice because the stains of those murders are still felt, and a shadow that has been cast on the city and is still present to this day and won't be dissolved until it is # FINALLY SOLVED. R.I.P to YUSUF, and I can only imagine what you could have amounted to if you'd lived.😢

After she retired and shortly before her death in 2013 she told me herself and another co-worker was assigned this case from the State side. The GBI believed Wayne Williams was a patsy used by the CIA to cover for the abductions that the US Government was ACTUALLY DOING! She told me Wayne was a child molestor…but NOT a killer. CIA have used addicts/drunks/and other “dregs” of society to make the narrative pushed by the media to be “believable”…seeing the evidence and hearing the testimony from my mother who was a GBI agent at the time…this was another Oswald or Jack Ruby…took the fall for the CIA, and never was the wiser!!

I think it's bigger than Wayne Williams. I remember when Maynard Jackson and Muhammad Ali sat a table filled with money that was supposed to go to support the families of the victims. They never received a penny of it.. Also they never spoke about the little black girls who were killed and they also Did not publicize that there were a few grown men killed ,as well. Atlanta " Child" murders did not even scratch the surface.

I knew Wayne personally, he used my head hunter agency for about 1 years. He was a photographer and he also had a booking agency which was just a speck on the entertainment industries globe. He had what it took to be successful and with his family ties I’m convinced he would have succeeded. It’s a shame he went to prison, he was innocent and the idea that the murders stopped proves his guilt is incorrect. The deaths didn’t stop right away if ever.

Marc Pickard was a familiar, accomplished Atlanta (Investigative) Reporter with WSB-TV at the time and later with 11Alive News. Through another item posted I read that Marc said he was contacted at the Station by his work acquaintance Wayne Williams that the Atlanta Police Department Detectives were visiting his house in connection with the Child Murders Investigation.

Now I find it interesting that Wayne Williams is not there but the news reporters have felt that they can just post up right in front of his home after the investigators have went into his home and picked fibers out of his carpet and taken out stuff out of his home. But yet he's supposed to be innocent until proven guilty and all these people are out in front of his home in front of him and his parents home his parents is elders. Just pressuring him to to take a charge or plead guilty for something that this man hasn't even done that's what this whole makeup looks like. As if 'The Nail is in the coffin'. News Reporters, Just posted up for a whole week, after Wayne Williams was released out of custody. - While Knowing that Wayne Williams is Innocent and The Police Department had (No Evidence) against him, so they Went into his Home to Get Anything that (Would Tie - Williams - to - The Murders) *Carpet Fibers

A lot of people don't wanna believe Wayne killed all those kids (and adults), but he did, and he did it alone. People just can't believe a little guy could do something so horrifically prolific; the victims were fooled because he's small and nerdy looking, this is how he gained their trust. People say he doesn't look like a killer, but I bet he was physically strong, and very ruthless, and I bet he had a lot of rage too (he nearly choked his father to death, who is significantly taller than him). They made a big mistake not arresting him on that bridge; they could've searched his bedroom and car, and found a lot of items that belonged to the victims (probably pictures too), but after they let him go he got rid of a lot of evidence...
@julianisaac6004
@julianisaac6004 2 жыл бұрын
No sir. He did not kill them ALL and he did not do it alone (Homer, associates in the child porn ring). He gained their trust by promising stardom or a few bucks to touch them. I agree that people underestimate his strength in that if you are pudgy you have mass and if you have mass you can produce strength. No, he never nearly choked his father to death. There were physical altercations but nothing that got to that length. They absolutely should have arrested him on the bridge, even for littering (if he admitted to throwing trash) or driving with his lights off. Anything to allow them to search his car and document the contents. In the least, it would have bought them time to tie him into the case. The sudden arrest may have shook WW and not gave him time to recant, plan, etc.

@@julianisaac6004 He did it alone, and he killed them All. The only 2 he's not responsible for is the 2 girls. Even if he didn't kill all 28 male victims he's still responsible for at least 26 (I personally think he killed all 28 males). The only thing his father is guilty of is being the type of parent who thinks his kid can do no wrong. And there were witnesses who actually saw him choking his father. I'd you do your research you'll see that only 1 person that claims to have heard a splash not a whole bunch of people like some of these news articles will have you believe. The question you need ask yourself is if a bridge is under surveillance and being watched by all these cops FBI etc how is it nobody saw Wayne stop on the bridge nobody saw Wayne throw anything over the bridge nobody found whatever made the song called splash when it happened. You telling all these people watching a bridge and nobody sees anything ? Common sense is what people need to use on this case the police and FBI have changed facts and details numerous times to point everything towards Wayne all these murders and you telling me you got no evidence no finger prints no nothing you telling me a fiber is all they got ? A fiber from some carpet and a hair from a dog is all they got so that means Wayne must be the only person to own a German Shepard you telling me Wayne was the only person who has green shag carpet in they house during that time ? Common sense and some research is all that's needed to see there's way more going on behind the scenes the news aint telling you
