Calais had better stats this year than each of his last 3 years in Baltimore. Props to the big old guy, blessing to have em.

Our whole defensive line did great. Imagine if Grady Jarrett wouldn't of been hurt almost all season. Him, David Onyemata, and Calais Campbell would of killed it. And right there at the end Zach Harrison started coming on strong and his 6'6" 250 pound frame is great for edge rushing and him learning from Calais Campbell this season helped his progression. And he was a 3rd round pick. And the Clark Phillips lll was another good pick he took over and stole Jeff Okudahs job. Good thing we only gave a 5th round pick for Okudah cause I don't think we resign he leaving us needing a CB. Be nice if we could get Kool-Aid McKinstry or Terrion Arnold outta Alabama but they'll both go in the first round. Wish we could just get any player no matter what with our picks. Id take QB first Drake Maye, Caleb Williams, Jayden Daniels whichever one our new coach likes, then get Jared Verse for edge rusher, then get Kool-Aid McKinstry or Terrion Arnold for CB, then Malik Nabers or one of the wide receivers we'd be loaded if we got all the first round talent for every position we needed lol. Everyone criticized the Bijan Robinson pick but don't realize when the 2024 off season starts we only have Tyler Allgeier, Drake London, Kyle Pitts, and Jonnu Smith under contract. We needed that extra RB being a run first team. Everyone wanted Jalen Carter but Bijan had more of an impact for us then Jalen Carter would have. David Onyematas stats were nearly identical to Jalen Carters this year so we basically had that spot filled

Yea for once we are drafting solid players in later rounds. We'll have some spots to fill but I'm imagining were settling with Dupree, Lorenzo, and Zach Harrison as our edge rushers. We've needed a proper edge rusher forever but I'm ready to give up on that dream lol. I know we need WR/CB, but we also seriously need to replace Richie Grant. He's been a huge weak spot giving up the 4th most yards of all Safeties in the league, and that's without playing any of the top teams! Maybe Helems can do it though he's looked good for a rookie. Then the possibility of replacing Calais is big. I just don't want us to trade up and lose picks. Already have a top 10 pick, we should be perfect where we are. A new QB coach might even be able to develop Ridder into a starter quality QB, then we could finally get a 1st round defensive player or another WR, but not holding my breath. We should have solid cap space to maintain our best players at the very least.@@The_Drake_London

@@user-ym9dz5uy2v Ridder makes a solid back up QB for us. He can win games and knows the team well and could sit and learn more. Lorenzo Carter signed a 2 year deal before this season so he will be back in 2024 but he hasnt really produced or played well so they likely will cut him and Bud Dupree only signed a 1 year deal so he is gone unless they resign him and you're forgetting about our leading sack guy who's an edge rusher and still on his rookie contract. Arnold Ebekiete. He had 6 sacks and is really starting to flourish for us. So we will have Grady Jarrett, David Onyemata, and Zach Harrison on the defensive line and at linebacker we have Arnold Ebekiete, Kaden Elliss, Nate Landman, Troy Andersen( even though I believe Nate Landman has earned the starting spot over Troy Andersen after how well he played this season) and Lorenzo Carter. And then AJ Terrell and Clark Phillips will likely be the starting CBs. They won't resign Jeff Okudah and we only traded a 5th round pick for him so not much of a loss he didn't live up to the 1st round 3rd overall pick that he was. And for the safeties it'll be Jessie Bates lll of course and I think DeMarcco Hellams will be the other starting safety next year over Richie Grant, Richie Grant became a liability in the tackling department. We need to draft a edge rusher for the defensive line, a linebacker for depth, a CB and safety for depth. And on offense we only have one WR, Drake London under contract and Kyle Pitts and Jonnu Smith at TE under contract so we need to draft a QB and draft or sign in free agency at least 4 WRs

@@user-ym9dz5uy2v We've drafted well in the late rounds for like the past 10 years. Its been bad coaching. I need TF to prove it and he's been done that. Hell, Landman was undrafted. We aren't settling in pass rush. You can't. Especially when you don't have a true NT for the 3-4. We're gonna take Dallas Turner, bring in in Khall Mack, resign Campbell, and try and add big DL.

That’s the beauty of all that knowledge he has in the NFL. Absolutely he would not have the same speed when he came into the NFL but he did what he had to do for a 37 year-old.

Hell no, you destroy him if you put him at DT. He's 37 years old. What we need a is TRUE NT. Campbell has vet experience, leadership, and tons of grit and is still strong. You wear him out if you put him at DT. KEep him at 5 technique but we need more PASS RUSH and a true NT to take on 2 blockers.
