When this house first listed for sale I was ready to pop the question!😍 I absolutely love this house, this is the container house that I would want. The only two things I would need added would be a much bigger backyard, and gotta have a free standing soaking tub! You can't stage a nursery and then not give Mommy a tub for whem the little ones to start to grow. I would've just staged it as an office because it highlights there's no tub by having the nursery. Other than it's amazing I pray for the day when I can afford it!

One day you will be able to afford something like it or better! I agree with a bigger backyard, and possibly a fence.

It's nice for a container style townhouse with no garage and it's nice for younger newlywed professionals. If it's going to sell concessions and closing costs will have to prevail...
@Clarktherealtor

I agree it is definitely for younger newlywed professionals. I said with them building a 3 story, they have limited their demo ..baby boomers are now looking for single level homes, most young people currently won't be able to qualify for a loan that high if they are coming out of school and starting at an entry level job. So, younger professionals indeed. The price will have to drop of course, selling concessions is a must. This Atlanta, GA market is definitely getting interesting. Price points and more. I'm sitting and watching how everything is moving and advising clients on making the right move, not just any move.

This is a very nice house. Builders really need to complete some type of consultation with realtors like yourself to know what buyers really want especially for homes at this price point. I can tell you that this home hasn't sold because first of all the price point is too high, their are comps in the area that are larger and less expensive. Secondly that square footage on the bottom level should have been re-arranged up the right side of the home and a 2-3 car garage should have been placed on the bottom floor. lastly, since there is little to no green space, there should be a rooftop terrace. I hope the builder reads this feedback for his next build.

I agree that builders should reach out to local realtors in the state or city they are looking to build in to see what the need for the local community is when it comes to housing. We speak with people everyday local to the area. We research, look at the data and browse the MLS everyday to see what houses, areas and price points are selling quicker. This particular property dropped the price to $600K. I am not the realtor over it. However, after viewing it there are a few questions I would ask the builder myself. 1. Is what demographic were they aiming for when selling the house? And, I have many more. I always like to ask questions before just doing a real estate transaction, whether listing or buying. Nonetheless, thanks for stopping by the channel to check out the house. I appreciate everyone who stops by, leaves a comment and engages in convo. That is why I started this channel to engage in real estate conversation with the world. You are appreciated!!

It's nice but $600+K is a bit much in that neighborhood. Very little land and no tub. Not sure why ATL real estate is so high, especially in neighborhoods where gentrification is the standard.

I think it's a beautiful place, but I just can't get into a container home. Maybe for a rental for about a year. I'm old.

Hey, you have to do what works for you. Usually people that I help out that are a bit older like ranch style homes, this alleviates the walking up stairs for them. But sometimes they don’t mind a primary room on the main too. Like I always tell people when it comes to a home for you, make sure it works and makes sense to you.

What did you think about the interior design of it?

@@Clarktherealtor it is a nicely done home but everything in it is cramped. the way they have that living room setup it only fits a love seat at most. not a fan of the master on the 3rd floor. i live in the neighborhood and swung by the open house when it first got listed. it is in a horrible location especially for that price.
@Clarktherealtor
@Clarktherealtor Жыл бұрын
@@damonaniton I agree about the location. It is across the street from an empty lot, an abandoned house purchased by an investor that is just sitting vacant, train tracks a block over and adjacent to a community pool, which in turn creates a lot of traffic in the summer time. I do believe they will have to come down more in price to showcase the need for someone to buy the house. Maybe even give closing concessions as well.

Okay house, $hitty neighborhood. Type of neighbors that would rob you and then try to sell you your own stuff back to you. That type of neighborhood.
