Zach looked great and he wasn’t even tryna score that much fr gave up some points to hit the open man for 3. I likedDjrustic too, boomed on Sarr and was pretty good at playmaking but ….the person who shocked me was the guard #22 Wallace . He was pushing the temp , passing dimes, great ball pressure even went up with a big and blocked his shot, super quick and can create his own shot. I think his game translates better then Bufkins rn.

@@user-jz1dt7qi7c I still like Kobe but I think he is more of a 2 guard. This guy Wallace was going full speed no look wrapped around his back with people he hasn’t really had much time to develop chemistry with. He made the right play or hit the open man or threw them open almost everytime. And he bullied them all game on defense. His first step was like Schroeder but he dribbled better and had more space creating moves.

Im trying to tell folks that...The starting Line-up is going to be. Trae, Daniels, Zacc, JJ, Okungwu I know folks think Bogi and Hunter may start but Bogi has a history of Knee issues he is not playing all those min with that Knee. Same as Hunter his starting days are over..his knee's just wont allow him to play that min min night after night. 25 min a night for those guys as top reserves is where they need to be..and have been this past season. I dont see that changing. Capela samething its just Okungwus time Zacc and Daniels perfect pieces to fit around and support Trae and JJ. Their skillsets are just what the Hawks have needed to take off.

The first summer league game is fun to see but means almost nothing. They usually look about like an open gym pickup game at the YMCA. Always have, it's just an unofficial testing ground. Then couple in the fact that it's the very first organized basketball for many of these guys together and the first SL game, alot of jitters. I felt Gueye was probably starting with alot of nervous energy and trying too hard to force a good game because with Bey's departure, he knows his chances of making the permanent roster are better than they've ever been. I think he just put too much pressure on himself to have a great showing. And as for winning these games, doesn't matter though it's fun to see when it happens. SL and Preseason historically the better NBA teams lose all their games and the crappy teams win because the good teams already have the better players and don't play them to avoid unnecessary injury. The 90's Bulls would lose every preseason game then be unstoppable through the seasons.

Zacc looked like the 10th pick in the draft reed shepherd looked like the number 3 pick and definitely like a player who could have been picked 1st good defense nice ball skills and an amazing shooter I know backcourt would be small but reed and young would have been great 😢

Abit surprised many teams aren't even playing their 1st rnd draft picks yet.... Seems alot of guys sitting with DNP's from previous 2 SL's and still haven't gotten on the court yet. Like are half this drafts picks injured already. Makes no sense to me sitting them out, none of them are team cornerstones that should require special treatment yet.

Throwing out a nickname idea for Risacher. His team contributions should be referred to as "Reeshes Pieces". lol 😁 He has very good passing ability, and will be able to get many more assists once he's playing with higher quality shooters. His passing seemed to me a greater strength while his dribbling left alot to be desired thus far.

Overall great summer league game really enjoyed watching it. Loved what Zach, Niko, Mo, and Wallace brought to the table. I think I might be the only hawks fan who dosent like Kobe. He’s not a pg to me more of a 2. I rather keaton be behind trae. He knows how to create, set up the offense, but the main thing is pass. I’m not sure where the hawks are going for when it comes to pg, obviously younger defensive minded, however with Atlanta’s style of play a Tyus would be better for high assist numbers.

Zaccherie “Ricochet”. Coin that nickname. The perfect third option to connect with Jalen and Trae. If he can play well in a chaotic summer league game then I can’t wait to see him play with one of the best point guards in the league in the regular season.

zaccharie risacher is not a good defender. He seems to have a habit of lowering his foot in response to opponents' drives. The same goes for the highlights of my college days. But I also found times when he was defending well, so we have to teach him how to defend.

If he made one more 3 or you do realize that’s 4-8 which would mean she shot 50% from 3 . Which is considered well above great? If you get to the mid 40’s in the nba that’s considered elite. For example Steph Curry shot 42 % and he is the best shooter of all time. 3-7 is also 42% my guy. You just complained that a 18 rookie first game against Nba caliber players shot the same percentage as Steph from 3 as if it’s a bad thing?
