Let's differentiate between the original Southern Rappers and this new generation of rappers. The original Southern rappers T.I., Luda, Outkast, Goodie Mobb and others did not need Drake. They stood on their own. I will even go on record as saying none of the Southern Region needed Drake. I'm talking from TX to GA! All of those regions had their own sounds and Drake could never!

Southern rappers have been on before Drake. Drake came around to the south when he saw the South was popping. Both Drake and southern rappers benefited. I don't get all this ish about Lil' Baby, he answer a question, is not like he went trying to get clout! he gave his answer, that's all. Lotta ppl don't like their name being mentioned. 99% of rappers don't want to give their opinion cuz they never know if they will collabo, it's not friendship, it's business. Also they know it's easier to get a collabo with Drake then Dot. I've seen this questions asked to NFL players about pre warm up, and 90% said they listen to Drake... makes no difference, Dot has a strong fan base and so does Drake, the difference is that Dot fan base is grown and Drake's are kids and ppl in clubs.. it's not Hip-Hop. We making too much of this, that's why I love Dot, he don't say ISH... he just drops.
