I like to see both the unit I’m getting and the model to see what furniture is best to maximize the space

That’s a really good idea! Never considered asking to see both. Most places I feel like take the easy route and show model homes just to not run into any maintenance issues during the tour.

Love how you also show the benefits of living in a luxury apartment. Amenities are definitely important. It will also give you a chance to help get to know your neighbors while enjoying yourself. I would prefer to see model apartments because it’s gives me a chance to kind of compare my furniture and the model apartments furniture size. That will give me an idea if weather or not my furniture will fit. Not sure if you talked about this or not, but I have a question. Do the brand of the appliance’s matter to you? Where I’m living right now, my appliance brand is called Hotpoint and I hate it! Specifically the dishwasher. Yet I just signed another 12 month lease 😂😂

That’s true about model apartments. My crazy self don’t be considering all my furniture fitting in an apartment because I be quick to change it if it don’t fit lol. Except for my King bed, that needs to fit in the bedroom lol. Lmaoooo at the last part! I never check the brand but that’s a good point! I usually end up with whirlpool. My main preference in the kitchen is gas stoves vs electric. Oh and I need an ice maker. My last apartment didn’t have one and that was the most annoying thing ever.

This is the "South". Bugs will come in, keep pesticide and spray at door thresholds and window openings once a month. Most apts are upgraded, "renovated" cost more. Ive worked in the MFHI for 22years here in Georgia. Remember, in Real Estate it's all about "Location, location, location". Model furnished helps ppl who cannot visualize. Unfurnished apts ppl won't imagine their furniture takes up space and get disappointed when their furniture arrives 🤨. Go figure.

You definitely don’t want to move to Buckhead. Traffic n crime even though it’s is a upscale community. Most new apartments in Atlanta don’t come with ceiling lights
