Here's one example of the Atlantean alphabet. Alligator, bear, camel, cheetah, deer, elephant, fish, giraffe, horse, iguana, jaguar, kangaroo, lion, monkey, newt, ostrich, penguin, quail, rhinoceros, seal, sheep, tiger, therapsid, unicorn, vulture, whale, ox, yak, zebra. And as you can see, the extra letters are CH, SH, and TH.

Apparently, Atlantean was based on the earliest languages ever spoken by humans, but I think that that is explained mere seconds after the second scene. According to NativLang's video, the so-called "Proto-World" or "Proto-Human" language used "postpositions" like Hungarian does. Hmmm... However, his video also said that Proto-Human was spoken in SOV word order, while Hungarian is supposed to be in SVO, although I would not be surprised if Hungarian is rather flexible with its word order due to its large number of postpositions.

According to this movie, the atlantian language is the equivalent to latin for germanic languages, but for all of them instead. So like P.I.E. or even a proto-world.

It was literally based of proto indo European, something linguists have been attempting to try and reconstruct for over a century. It is supposed to be almost as a stand in for the language that most languages in Europe and Indo-Iran regions speak came from.
