Great questiom Syed. Typically, the processing time for a PR is 12 months from the date you submit your application for PR. The work permit application, I believe,is done along with or after the PR application and is usually issued within a month or so depending on you meeting all criteria. So to answer your question, roughly around 11 months or so!!

Hey Ali, great question! Our research suggests that IELTS is not required for the spouse since they are coming in as your dependent, but with a work permit. , Hope that helps!

Very informative, request you to please help to clear the doubt, I worked with 4 companies in last 15 years have all Reliving and Experience letters from all companies. Is Referance letter something different from experience letter and Reliving Letter you mentioned in the video. If it's different then how we can get it in case of any employer no existing or shut down. Lots of confusion on this.

I submitted my work permit application in October and have received my AOR and done my biometrics, however I am yet to receive any news from IRCC. I am scheduled to submit my PR application in a few days to meet up with the 90days commitment. Hi Shidhu, thanks for the question. Our understansing is there there is no specific timeline for workpermit processing. The PR processing timeline is on average 12-14 months from the time you receive AOR. Hope that helps.

Great questiom Ahsan. Based on ircc guidelines for this program, if you have a TEER 2, 3 or 4 category job, then only a Canadian high school equivalent is required. So if you had a one year diploma, our belief is he will definitely be eligible for a PR through this program. Hope this helps:)

Hi Ali, great question! Usually, once you become a PR, you are free to move to any province in Canada. However, if you have a job offer as part of the program, would recommend checking with the employer if you can work remotely or sticking around in these provinces to gain valuable Canadian experience. 1) As long as your job is with one of the designated employers, should not be an issue. 2) TEER code of the offer has to be the same or higher than the TEER code of previous experience. We think you should find a TEER 3 or higher based on your experience. Recommend speaking to a CCIC approved Consultant or Lawyer to confirm. Hope this help :)

Hi Deepu! Thank you for the question. If you are able to find a job with one of the designated employers that we have linked in the description, you can directly apply for AIP. I am not really sure about a Canadian Recruitment agency so unable to comment on the same. If someone asks you to pay money and promise to get you a PR, we suggest not going ahead with such a PR as lots of people have lost money through this process. Hope that helps!

Hi Noufal! Thank you for your question. To answer it, I would not worry too much. No one really knows why processing takes time. My wife and I went through several such experiences during our immigration journeys. As long as you have submitted all the documentation, you will be fine. IRCC says that the hours worked under self employed will not qualify for the 1560 hours requirement under AIP. If you have worked another job along with self -employment, we think the other job hours will count. Hope that answers the question😀

Our belief is, if you are applying as a foreign skilled worker, you will have to show proof that you have worked 1560 hours in the occupation that you have experience as well as provide your job responsibilities to show that your work belongs to a particular TEER code. I'm an NZ Citizen trying to migrate to Canada to join my extended family and cousins but my crs score is below 400 and we are thinking of various options including holiday work visa or a student visa for my wife but we didn't want to start all again. Will definitely try this. However I just have one question, do we really need to have a job offer from these 4 provinces inorder to apply or can we apply even though we don't have a job offer? Hey Rahul, great question. For this specific program, a job offer is mandatory. There are other programs where that is not the case. Please watch some of our other videos like the Alberta express entry stream, best ways to immigrate to Canada and Is it worth immigrating to Canada as a student to see if you qualify through any of the programs. A holiday visa, depending on if it works for you, might be a great option too. Hope this helps :)

@@marcomarco5029 Hi there. There are chances that fraud can happen. That, we believe, would be IRCC's and AIP's responsibility to verify. You need to make sure that all the information you provide is on a company letterhead and is verified by your HR/reporting manager. From our understanding, when ircc does does background and eligibility, they verify all of this. Misreprsentation will lead to a potential 5 year ban from reapplying. Hope that helps😀
