1992 was the year that ASN stopped airing newscasts during the evening(being from 6PM-8PM). In Sept. of that year, Atlantic Pulse 6:30/7 was ended in favor of a 2-hour game show block, which started at 6PM with Supermarket Sweep Canada with Tino Monte, then Family Feud with Ray Combs aired at 6:30, with Wheel of Fortune with Pat Sajak and Vanna White taking the 7PM slot, followed by Jeopardy! with Canada's greatest game show host ever, Alex Trebek, wrapping things up at 7:30. Then, at 8PM, an early movie would air, Monday to Friday, with 'Great Movies', followed by the 10PM Atlantic Pulse Newshour, and then some other programming would be seen, usually with a Late Great Movie, ending the broadcast day around 1AM before ASN would sign off for the night. (all times Atlantic) =P
