You are welcome! Because there was a shortage, some guests carried their double tubes around with them and not returning, which made the wait even longer… their management tried to enforce some rules to alleviate the problem, but until they get more doubles, it’s always going to be tricky🤷🏻‍♀️

Hey! I was wondering with the airport transfer to the resort, did they provide car seats for your children?

Hi Michelle, they did not provide car seat. (I don’t think they have it) We brought our stroller with a car seat for our 1.5 year old. We didn’t use it during the ride. The ride is slow enough and we feel comfortable for not putting him in a car seat. If you need car seat, you might want to hire a private car and check in advance to see if they provide any.

Hello, our view on 3rd floor is considered "Terrace View"; We have had Harbor view during our previous stay on a higher floor; The view (ocean water vs pool water and trees) itself doesn't make much difference for us; With our Terrace view, we can watch sea turtles which is exciting for the kids; but the room has a tiny balcony (can't fit a chair); with our previous harbor view room, the balcony is a bit bigger; I personally would not pay more for the higher floor harbor view only because we mostly spend time in the room sleeping :)

The fridge is an empty minibar fridge; not huge but we can fill two milk cartons, yogurts, and lots of fruits - enough for four of us for the whole week.

The supermarket (super value is the name) is less than 10m taxi ride; might be a difficult walk as you need to hike up the bridge to the Nassau island side

Marina village: Frankie gone bananas, carmines (we didn’t go but other families love it); Marina pizzaria (not open for lunch during our stay); a deli right beside the pizza place (also open for lunch); across the street and behind the marina is one of our favorites - Anthony’s; on the resort, there are fast food places around the pools and beach; outside resort, 20m walk pass the casino is one and only ocean club (where casino royale movie was shot) - there is a beach front restaurant- Dune - amazing food pricer though. if you want to venture to Nassau island, you should definitely try the fish fry at ara wak cay - twin brothers is one of the best (15m taxi ride) Some fancier places on the island also, let me know if you need their names

Yes, for basic sandals, beach bags and tshirts and beach wear and dresses, try the store in the Coral tower (there is also one in the Royal East tower but with less options); For baby shoes and clothes, there is another store on the opposite side of the main lobby in the Coral tower. But there is NOWHERE to buy underpants for man or woman 🤷🏻‍♀️; if you are referring to brand name shoes and bags and clothes, there are many high end stores just pass the casino, you can likely get better deals there than North America because of the taxes. Enjoy your trip!

Our package includes hotel transfer from Airport to Atlantis operated by Majestic Tours. We held our 1.5 year old (no car seat on the bus), the bus ride feels pretty safe... If you don't have hotel transfer included in your package, there are many shared transfers from airport to different resorts available (I googled it and found lots, e.g. tripadvisor has a ranking with customer reviews). Booking in advance is recommended, so you don't have to add more stress travelling with a 1yo.

Its not free to use kids club; You might need to make reservation (although it was not busy at all when we passed by the place); depending on the age of the kids, I think you can leave older kids there by themselves or with friends; Dolphin interaction tour is $250/person and our 1.5 year old is free plus photo package is about 200USD.

Hello, exciting! First, make sure your trip booking doesn't already include airport shuttle to Atlantis. Our package includes shuttle transfers operated by Majestic Tours. If not, private taxi is around $40 or so one way. When I researched for airport transportation back in Feb, I recall some companies offer one way transfer somewhere around $20 with stops at other resorts along the way. Hi, Cove would be a great choice. It is close (a few minutes walk) to many kids pools and slides. Its perfect for your 4 year old!
