Love your video - Thank you! We are considering staying at the Atlantis Bay Hotel. Did you happen to also check out their sister property, Mazzaro Sea Palace? How do the two compare? What about the sun? From the way the hotel faces, is it in the shade? The hotel looks beautiful!

We did look the Mazzaro as an option. I waffled back and forth. The tipping point for me were the room balconies. I think the Mazzaro higher end rooms were more private pools. I loved the view from the balcony we had. We were not really treating this as a beach vacation if so I might have leaned to the Mazzaro more. Glad you enjoyed the video and found it helpful.

As for the sun I think it is very dependent on year and sun angle. We were first week of Oct and tended to be out there between noon and about 3 and the sun just cleared the hotel and hills to light up the waterfront. By about 3 it started to get shady.
