wow the compressor motor running noise very silent, did you overhaul the compressor motor frequently?

It depends, base on observation and instruction manual suggestion

Do you no why lots of oil come from air intake when I shut down

Try to overhaul the unloader and look for possible damage o-ring and seals, also check solenoid operated valve..
