Hex file is based on Which IC you need convert that Because every IC have PINOUT . So , we are must need to fix pins based on your conversion.

I am not a seller for such things but my life as been a LED Influenced life. Even went China to explore LED but before I could start anything, Covid came 😭😭😭😭

Using a atmega 328 is an over kill, you could have used attiny 13 or 2313 or atmega8
