Artists who have not musicianship use my backing tracks for his releases as his work on his name. And it doing release through music publishers or music labels. So, Copyright claim will come to you or me or all fair-use users. I don't allow all releases via publishers or labels. I worte the guidelines to use my backing tracks on all video's discription-box and my channel top. But there is no end to commertial releases. *I said "musicianship" as like as sportmanship. Most cases, music publisher will accept copyright claim if you send claim. Write cleary "I used free backing track" and tracks URL, time stamps. Thank you mate.
