The very best place to dive and swimm (if the sea is calm) is Punta Chiappa: a 200 meters long rock between Camogli and San Fruttuoso. There are also some swimm costume optional beautiful locations, but they are a bit hard to reach. If you come, bring with you trekking shoes.
