@@nahbro8232It was also that Tom wanted to change things up and challenge himself cuz he felt that things were getting repetitive by Love Part 2 which was true, those four albums are solid but the sound that made them special was gonna get boring if they just kept repeating it for the next albums

This was the first AVA song I ever showed my wife (then girlfriend) 10 years ago. She fell in love with the band, and eventually we fell in love with each other. Atom, thank you for your passion on this music - it comes through in every note on every song.

Listening to AVA was the first time in my entire life I EVER bothered to find out who the drummer of the band was. Atom Willard's work during his time with AVA was just consistently amazing and mesmerizing. His drumming makes good songs epic. I hope at some point Atom reads this, I've always wanted to let him know how much I enjoyed what he helped create and how good I think he is.

This gives me all the feels. I was working on a music video shoot from hell, deep in the jungles of Mexico , alone and out of the country for the first time working on my dream job and this album literally got me thru the entire ordeal. This song was my rock. Everytime I hear it, it takes me back to a magical time of my life.

This is actually the original audio of the song. Atom just removed the audio of drums that he record on this video. Watch 4:36-4:37 he plays not the actual sound of the audio. But this dude is a legend one of my influence!

I never notice drummer styles, apart from maybe Joey Jordison but that's obvious really isn't it? But this dude always stands out to me, and is also a nightmare to try replicate if I'm attempting to do a full band cover.
