Atome UnPosted Payment Issue - Naresolve Na Ba? Affected Ka Ba? Downgrade ng Credit Line? Penalty?

thank you sir Pat sa panibagong video at idea regarding po kay atome. Actually magbayad ako nung before due date ko nung 12 peeo nag remind naman sila n meron ngang issue pero nagtry prn ako using instapay sa gcash and pumasok namam. Sa question of the day siguro mas pagbutihin at ayusin ni atome Yung mga gantong issue para d naman sila mawalan ng tiwala mga customer na tulad natin kasi pera yan madami mababahala tumangkilik sa kanila kung laging may issue sa payment nila. Sakin po sir Pat, ang ginagamit kong pang payment sa Atome is Maya, so far wala naman problema, at hindi naman delay. Hindi ko pa na try ang instapay sa kanila, May change man thru Maya okay lang parang yun na din ang interest nya.

If I were Atome para maiwasan ang ganitong issue with repayments, sana nagtext sila sa kanilang clients or nag email so that aware sila na may ganoong nangyayari. They should have been proactive para wala masyadong negative feedbank from their beloved customers po. Mabuhay po kayo Sir Pat!

Ako realtime naman pag nagbabayad gamit seabank. Medyo matagal lang sila mag notify pero on time napopost payment ko sa app

Ako ang problema ko yung app. Hindi siya mabuksan kahit nagrequest to change passcode or log in via OTP. Hindi tuloy ma-monitor yung account buti na lang may copy ako ng account number kung saan babayaran yung cc.

It is a third party mistake however Atome should have done more to protect its users. Upon learning that there are issues Atome should have reached out to customers first rather than waiting for complaints cause it is not also the customers fault. Dapat din hindi muna naforward sa collection agencies ang mga balances dahil sa issue with instapay and the agents should have been polite and understanding because of the payment issues. I was also affected, I paid in full but have not reflected before my due date so I incurred late fees, balance was converted to installment and lower credit limit which resulted to overlimit.

Ndi lng sa atome yung may issue sa insta pay, sa gcash nag ka issue din nag transfer ako using seabank syaka maya ndi nag reflect agad sa gcash. May late fee tuloy ako sa ggives.

Affected here too. I paid the full amount (8.6k) via Dragon Loans last Nov 14. My due date was on Nov 19 and until now hindi pa rin reflected yung payment sa account ko. Nag email na ako sa kanila pero ang response nila is hindi daw fi-norward ni Dragon Loans yung payment ko sa Atome. Nag reply ako na hindi ko na problema yan. Nag-bayad naman ako in advance. Dapat mag-usap sila ni Dragon Loans. Tawag ng tawag pa rin yung collections nila. Kino-vert na nila sa Installment yung amount na binayaran ko in full. Naka-kabwiset. 😡😡😡

I payed through maya 1.85% 45 pesos although my nakalagay late charges ang atome kea maya ginamit ko refrlected kagad kasooo tennntennn ewan ko ba naabutan pko ng cut off nag sa due date ko kagad lumabas hindi sa count na 40 days

For Me po dapat ni reach out or nag post ng advisory via email in advance agad ni Atome yung mga clients or customer nila na may issue sa repayment third party para hindi na hassle sa pagbabayad yung mga clents/customer nila.

I hate it. I paid in advance. YET I INCURRED LATE FEES BECAUSE MY PAYMENT DID NOT REFLECT IN THE APP REAL TIME. IT'S BEEN 3 WEEKS AND STILL MY PAYMENT IS STILL NOT REFLECTING, I CALLED THEM AND THEY SAID IT WAS ACKNOWLEDGED YET THE APP. OMG THE APP IS NOT UPDATING!!! I AM STILL BEING BILLED!

yes, nka experience din ako ng hindi nag post ang payment ko pag 1st payment ko is nag reflect cya then na following hrs nag additional payment ako within the day wala din nag reflect ang 2nd payment ko

Para sa akin sir dapat pag may issue agad sa repayment si Atome eh ayosin na agad sa lalong madaling panahon para iwas hassle at walang negative feedback..

This happened to me before. They reverted the interest so I got a free 3 month extension without interest. I think they should have used that to turn it into a positive incident instead by highlighting that customers would have the installment without interest

Mine was Cash Loan I paid the whole amount but up until now I can avail Cash Loan even though I fully paid it before due instead they extend it and give me a new credit limit. I much like the cash loan than the CC limit

for me, ok nmn si atome kaso you just need to be cautious lagi na may chance na mag decline or hindi mag reflect ang bayad nio kaya ang ginagawa ko is lagi akong nag dadala ng extra cash or other card para incase mag decline si atome wala akong problem. sa pagbabayad nmn, pwede mag bank transfer muna ng small amount para matest kung nag rereflect ung payment para kung maayus duon ako mag papay ng malaking amount. pag ayaw nmn gagamit ako ng ibang payment option like debit or credit card para mag reflect in realtime.

Ako sa 5 apply don pa ako na approved. 4k parin cl ko hanggang ngayon pero naging eligible for cash loan after 4 months and 10 days . 20k binigay na cl for cash loan
