But now that the anime aired, yeah no one can out do the moe monster that is kyoto animation in this. Non fiction is probably the best mv in LL! Superstar rn. Now, sunrise is also animating both Niji s2 and Superstar s2 at the same time... uwaaa I wonder what will happen if they pull the people working for the two shows together to focus on one love live... maybe they can get close to kyo ani. One can only dream... (Edit: Just to be clear, Superstar staff did great this season, backgrounds were beautiful and both the ed and op was fantastic. Its just that some of the cgi models this season... sometimes, they're a bit rough (Ep 1 insert song for example). Kinda expected because of the new artstyle, but it should improve over time (like sip 1 -> movie cgi, hopefully))

@@Quertzy I'm a little bit bias cause im not a big fan of 3d even tho I love love live, but sunrise at least mix it well with 2d. The official mv albums for muse and aqours are pretty awesome, happy party train is probably the best video for me. Hopefully they get better with 3d with the new groups cause I don't think I will ever be a fan of the sometimes weird looking 3d visuals. Just my opinion cause as far as I know all of KyoAni works are mostly drawn animation. Even the chunnibyo battle scenes, It just look smooth as hell. And for me it's even better than ufotable's blade works.

@@chasse-nigb3r muse and aqours cg is probably as good as it is because their art style are very similar (Recent aqours mvs have great animation and cgi was good too). So they had a lot of time to improve on it. So, yeah, i hope the cg in the next season of niji and liella improve too. And yeah, 2d>3d no doubt. Hand drawn has this charm to it. And when you see well animated hand drawn idol dances... :nut:

9 Years and I still find this astonishing, the song, the animation, the looks, the flashbacks, their face expressions .. This is a perfect masterpiece that will never get old. I love the vibe of it so much, it triggers so many emotions, touching yet amusing. It’s so funny to see how they compacted a whole idol anime in these flashbacks, how they didn’t plan on who’ll defeat it and all the hard work was wasted. But these funny flashbacks are so heartwarming and the song is upbeat yet comforting?, I can’t even explain but this is truly amazing. I watch it for the good vibes.
