I just finished my atomic grind a week ago and the long shots and bullet penetration kills were a nightmare for certain guns with attachments they require you use. Good luck though finishing your grind, love the content as always.

One of the patches they allowed incendiary rounds count towards you camo challenges. May help you out with guns like the tommy. Best of luck. Also on my road to atomic and love watching your vids. Stay positive and happy.

FYI to anyone going for longshots I've found the easiest way to get them done super fast is in the arms race game mode. I use a long range build of whatever gun I need longshots on and it takes me 2 games tops to get all 50.

Hannah, any kill/killstreak/equipment destruction that occurs during the slow motion Victory/Defeat screen still counts counts. I personally finished off multiple BT's and spy planes in that phase and they still counted, so keep calm and keep camo-ing!! XD Edit: For luls, do the machine pistol next!! Pwease

I am doing atomic and got that one done really early. It's not super horrible like the Sten, but there are many options that are better. It is really good in the close range. Jev had a build where he was just melting people with it in Das Haus.

Just started the Atomic grind like 1/2 a week ago. So far got the Kar98k, Top Break, Volk, MP-40, and working on the Automaton. It's not too bad so far. I grinded Damascus a couple years ago. But I can't put as much time into it now, as I work a full time job lol. So at this rate it'll take me 2-3 months.

I've used the M1928 since release of Vanguard and it's my favourite gun. I don't play Hardcore though so that's probably why. It's one of my highest K/D guns and I like the ammo capacity of 50 rounds for multi kills. Would definitely recommend stepping into Core with it, and rocking a combo of recoil reducing and mobility increasing attachments.

The only thing stopping me from grinding atomic is the 5 kills 30 times bloodthirsty for all weapons. This challenge is absolutely nuts . Punishingly hard when TTK is insanely fast in this game and everyone spams grenades and lunchers

The thing about the Vanguard camo grind that annoyed me wasn't 50 vs. 100 Longshots or anything. It was that certain SMGs/ARs could one-shot longshot basically anywhere on the body, but others struggled to kill in under 3 hitmarks at ANY range - IN HARDCORE! The nooby LMGs were one-shot always, everywhere, but the entire thing just felt built wrong.

I know it's not the best strat, but for longshot kills in this game I just use the rounds with the best damage and range stats, beef them up with Lengthened, add the G16 2.5x with the dot reticle and mount up on whatever is the furthest from my targets. It's really really out of the way, but it gets the job done. Hope this helps!
