It may just be me? But the term Scrap wood is not true in woodworking. All wood has a time and place. Nice video

I'm loving this series so far. I can't help looking between the videos and my art supplies trying to figure out which holder or container would be the most efficient at holding what I have. On top of it, you're really clear with your instructions and the tutorials are really fun to watch. Love the content! French Cleat Superiority!!!

We are so glad! Once you start building French cleat holders you'll never turn back. They are so cheap and versatile!

This is awesome! In the engineering class I used to have most of the tools were shoved in one drawer…which basically gave you two options when looking for screwdrivers: spend half the class looking for the right head or give up and grab a pair of scissors 😅 The French cleats look beautiful and this is a super practical design ❤️

Many thanks! Life got so much better in the shop after we started putting tools up on the French cleat holders. We are so much faster now because we can find what we need right away!

A wooden table on your drill press table can stop blowout or even a clamped down board. Also, one day the drill bit will lift your wood and whack you Grasshopper. A fence with a dog to block rotation will minimize this risk. Especially with Forstner bits they really grab. I like the one size fits all approach you opted for to give you flexibility on layout. I would put the awl/ice pick on the far right so you don't skewer yourself reaching for bits on the left side or put it in the back row.

Love the shirt! I spent some time at Cubi Point with VA-52 we were on the Kitty Hawk back in the early 70’s

We were stationed at San Miguel in the late 70s and I went to 9th grade at George Dewey on Subic. There is a large San Miguel base sticker on the right cabinet in the background. Wonderful place to live!

Nice design! I am just getting into woodworking, and organizing my garage with a French cleat system. Thanks for the idea!

Very cool! I wish I had started with French cleats instead of converting to them. You won't be sorry!

Как у такого опытного дядьки планки треснули под саморезами? Ошибка школьника - отверстия сверлить нужно. И ладно бы на одной - так все испортил. 😁
@AtomicDairy3 жыл бұрын
Ну не совсем все. Я просверливал отверстия, но они были слишком маленькими. Мне это сошло с рук на большинстве винтов, но некоторые раскололи дерево, и мне нужно это исправить.
